  1. Yes, their OL is horrendous and Rivers isn't getting any younger. I'm expecting them to win 6 games at the absolute MOST this year. They have a tough decision coming too, that decision being when to go all in on an heir apparent to Rivers.
  2. Haven't you guys heard? The second coming of Darnold is here after the long suffering of Jets fans. They are going to win out now and ride the wave to the SB.
  3. It doesn't help that they are a bad team with a declining QB either.
  4. He's been very fortunate to not have about 8 more INT's right now with some of the wild passes he's thrown. Let's also not forget 5 of those TD's were against the Dolphins in week 1. Other than that he has 6 TD's and 5 INT's through the other 5 games, with 2 of those games him not putting up a passing TD at all. Yes, he IS in the perfect system for his skillset and this has been discussed a million times over. Roman got the absolute most out of Kaep, Tyrod, and now he is doing so with Lamar. Lamar is the BEST athlete of them all, but he is not the best QB. You keep him in the pocket and force him to actually play the position then you'll see what I'm talking about. No one is saying he hasn't improved, but he is surely not the "best of them all" with no questions.
  5. No, not really. Jackson is in a perfect system that plays to his strengths with Roman calling the offense. Jackson has shown improvement, don't get me wrong, but you're incorrect in your assessment.
  6. Garrett's seat just turned up a few degrees
  7. Aaaaand the Jets are off the schneid
  8. I don't think Quinn or Kitchens make it to year's end.
  9. Right now it's looking like 1a Darnold, 1b Allen, 1c Jackson, 2 Mayfield, fodder = Rosen
  10. It has to be Fitz if they want to act like they are trying to win at least.
  11. And my statement has exactly what to do with that thread?
  12. If KC had our defense they would have gone undefeated like Zerovoltz said.
  13. Rosen is bad. No mobility, doesn't sense the pressure well, and he is still the same guy. Say what you want as far as Allen's numbers go, but you can see the progression with him and he is more athletic than Rosen would ever dream of being. This is more than just a "numbers" debate, the eye test tells all. Allen is also clutch where Rosen has done nothing. To try and compare the two is foolish at best, maybe dopey even.
  14. Seriously though, I think Flores was like " it, why not?"
  15. The "Madden Curse" has mutated this year into L's instead of season ending injury.
  16. They have to try and appear they aren't trying to lose, but still lose on purpose at the end.
  17. That KC defense is still suspect
  18. So, how about those 16-0 Chiefs @Zerovoltz
  19. Did anyone not see this coming when the decision to go for two was made?
  20. I can see the Pats being all over this and him making an immediate impact for them.
  21. I think that LSU runs the table and that a 1 loss Alabama gets left out because the other teams go undefeated as well. I like Wisconsin too, but I think Ohio St. just has too much fire power for them to keep up. I don't see anyone in the Big 12 beating OU. They actually have something that resembles a defense this year as well which is a little scary. Clemson is going to breeze through the ACC, but this year they are SURELY beatable and I expect them to lose in the CFP Semi's. In the end I am expecting an LSU vs. OU title game with LSU taking home the hardware.
  22. In the end I think it will be: 1. LSU 2. Clemson vs. ---------- vs. 4. Ohio St. 3. Oklahoma
