The Jets lost 6 one score games last year, mainly because of QB play. If they had a better QB last year they definitely would have made the Playoffs imo. Rodgers, if it's the 2020 & 2021 version, will help them a lot. But each season is a new one. Injuries happen, schedules change, and everything starts over new.

The NY media is going to eat him alive. He's soft. His wittle feelings get hurt too easily.

This guy is such a fluppin 🤡 it's unreal. He's up here on his soapbox about the Pack and Jordan Love. Soft dude, you're soft. He wasn't 90% on retiring with $58M on his plate. Not buying it. He's gonna get eaten alive in NY if he goes there.

I'd expect a middle of the pack deal with multiple incentives tied into it.

I'm good with this. A 2 year deal or something for less $$$ than even last season. Our Secondary is now intact at least.

What time McAfee come on? Can't wait for this clown show to be over one way or another.

It would be working out great for them........ If they could actually convince any FA's to go there, or their own players to stay. I have a feeling that McCorkle isn't a guy that people are really wanting to go be in an offense with after his cheap shots and childish sideline tirades.

I hope that Beane makes a big move right when FA is officially open.

I know people are talking about us grabbing Hopkins, but what if the money freed up is for other people? I haven't seen us linked to him in any way outside of fan wish lists. Everyone is running with a BBQ boy tweet. What if our signings are Lavonte David and Jamaal Williams? Then we bring back Lawson, Quess, and Phillips on cheaper deals. We still have to fill out our roster and have money for the rookie pool. I just don't have the feeling we'll be signing or trading for a guy who eats up a large portion of our remaining $$$. -

Jets fans right now. From kings of the AFCE to......

Tranquil is a guy I think would fit into this defense. I watched him continually get better at Notre Dame over his time there, fighting through a couple serious injuries. Last year he finally came into his own with the Chargers. Super talented. Started out as a Safety at ND, then added some weight and switched to LB. The only thing that scares me is how he would hold up. If he stayed healthy though? He'd be a player the coaches and the fans would love.

Who, at #27, would be better? Most likely all of Johnston, JSN, Flowers, Addison, and possibly Hyatt are all gone. I'd take Jeudy over Addison, Hyatt, and Downs anyway tbh. He'd still have two years to prove if he's worth that 2nd contract, could be the 1B to Stef, and would be a guy who could open things up. I have no doubt that he would produce in this offense and he'll only be 24 at the beginning of the season.

Guys in that locker room are going to be tired of his schtick before he even gets there, while the guys he had the Jets sign for him are saying, "he's really a good guy, he really is."
-
The Pats are screwed. This is the 2nd year in a row no one is going there or key guys are leaving. They are weaker today because of it, especially on offense.

I believe Jamaal wants to get a larger chunk of $$$ than he was getting in Detroit. He's coming off of a 1,000+ yard 17 TD season. He's about to be 28. This is likely the last time he can cash in really. I expect him to get $6M-$7M per, for likely 2 years, from somewhere and I don't believe it will be us.

To play LT, when he's been a RT his entire life.
