  1. Financially, we cannot trade him this year. The dead cap is huge. Next year's is as well. Probably can't "oblige" him until 2025. Sorry Stef, suck it up homey.
  2. Pass. If McVay couldn't scheme up a way to use him then I don't believe anyone can. He was also playing across from Kupp and couldn't get open consistently. That's a problem.
  3. Just saw Dion Dawkins on the field while they are doing the OL drills. He has a mic in his hand so he's giving commentary for something.
  4. I understand that rationale, but it's a VERY risky proposition taking a guy in the top 10 like that. Especially if you are a new GM, with a new HC, and trying to establish yourself along with building a winning roster. If you already have a bridge QB and can bring him along slowly? Great. Otherwise, it may cost them their job. Honestly, he reminds me of Terrelle Pryor with a better vertical.
  5. Workout Warrior Awards to this point: Offense - Without a doubt it's Anthony Richardson. His workout has all of the sports media bobbleheads soiling themselves. Everyone knew he was super athletic coming into this, but now he throws a few 60 yard passes in underwear and they're all like . It's hilarious to me. The tape doesn't lie. He will need to be shown a lot of grace and get with someone who can help him work at his craft extensively. I think someone like Daboll could work wonders with the young man, but he's not making it to NY. And before you try to drag JA into this convo, he was the entire offense at Wyoming. A team made up of a couple low 3 star, some 2 star, and unranked talent around him. Richardson was at Florida with a bunch of high 3 star, some 4 star, and a 5 star or two talent around him. Defense - Adetomiwa Adebawore. A 6'2", 282lb DE who runs a 4.49 40-yard dash, a 37.5" vertical, and a 10'5" broad jump. These are definitely "wow" traits, and it has people talking, but he has a 74 TOT, 17.5 TFL, and 9.5 sacks in the last 2 years. Those aren't really "wow" numbers. He's a bit stiff, has trouble disengaging at times, and doesn't read things very quickly. But, yes, he is one heck of an athlete.
  6. I'm convinced that Brandon Marshall has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. The defense will be different, but better imo. Diggs will still be here for the 2023 season. Our window is open as long as we have Josh Allen.
  7. Yeah, I'm not a big Addison fan myself. He's got adequate speed though.
  8. He timed in at 4.49 on the second run. And this year most of the adjustments have turned out faster for the official times. He'll probably end up around 4.46
  9. She reminded him of Brittany
  10. He really is a nobody, who is only a somebody because his brother is a rich and famous athlete. Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall. Not even that would bring his wallet out of the woodworks.
  11. They are still lurking
  12. We'll have to first see how they shift the $$$ around to get any idea on how much they will spend. There are a couple of guys I would go after though. Isaac Seumalo / G - would be a huge upgrade. Jakobi Meyers / WR - he would take off with Josh throwing him the ball and would be a solid #2 opposite Diggs. If we could then land JSN or Zay Flowers in the 1st, John Michael Schmitz in the 2nd, and Jack Campbell in the 3rd? 🔥 After that BPA. I know it's a lot of wishful thinking, but yeah.
  13. Franchise Saquon, put an offer on the table, and say see if anyone else gives you more. They could always bring in Carr, Baker, Garoppolo, or Darnold and figure out what they want to do later. Carr would probably be more pricey and a longer term investment. Baker, Darnold, and Jimmy G could be shorter, bridge types. OR, Schoen and Daboll could make a play for Lamar if the Ravens don't use the exclusive Tag. That would be interesting. Either way, no one in their right mind is handing Daniel Jones $45M or more per season. The guy and his agent are delusional.
  14. Ehhhh, I don't think he's a 4.6 guy. Probably 4.5 if I had to guess. Larry Fitzgerald ran a 4.63 though, if people remember. Either way, I'll take him.
  15. My Edmunds replacement Dorian Williams runs a 4.54 40
  16. That 1.52 10-yard split is 🔥 too
  17. Nolan Smith ran a 4.39 40 That's getting it for a 250lb Edge Rusher

  19. Did they win the highest BAC contest too?
  20. I wouldn't mind if we snagged Julian Love and then drafted a guy on Day 3. Maybe a guy like JL Skinner, who could possibly drop because of a torn pec. Big, athletic freak type of player who loves to hit people.
  21. I think that's why the interview process is important as well. It's still a crapshoot, but all of these factors at least help one to form their own perspectives.
  22. I hope they continue to do all of this on a yearly basis. I know some of the coaches have come out to say they aren't attending, or they don't pay any attention to the workouts. In the end, yes, the tape matters more than the underwear Olympics. Still, to see how some of these guys test athletically does make a difference when looking at the RAS. I like to see the agility scores for RB's, WR's, and TE's as well as the 40's. I like seeing how the lineman on both sides of the ball do on the bench and in agility drills. Some of the workouts the DE's do show you the type of bend and explosion they have. I think that quite a bit of the info is useful, and combined with the tape makes a difference for many of these guys. Especially when you get to late day 2 and day 3 of the draft.
  23. Yep, Terry is cheap. Won't hire a 2nd Nutritionist or pony up for anything other than the double twin beds at the Holiday Inn Express.
  24. Was just on the PFT website and caught some discussion between Michael Smith, Michael Holly, and a guy named Mike Jones about Leslie Frazier on "Brother From Another". I hate how everything is made into a race topic these days, but that's the first thing they try to drag into it. They were saying he should have gotten interviews during this HC hiring cycle, something is fishy about all of this, and asking if he possibly stepped away because he was frustrated to be passed over. Saying that coaches talk about being "scarred irreparably by being passed over" by NFL teams. Seriously? That's where they're trying to take this? These guys must be completely oblivious to what has taken place the last 2-3 years in the Playoffs with his defenses. ESPECIALLY the 13 seconds debacle, and then how the defense was completely clowned by Cincy in the Divisional round this year. There is a willful level of ignorance with some of these discussions that leads to more ignorance being repeated by other people, all because these fools took it there in the first place. Just dumb.
