Probably around 6:00 or 7:00 am, or what ever time they got back to their station house. Since they were first responders, not investigators, it might have taken hours to reach out to McCoy, perhaps well after his early morning workout...

Russ' inability to keep his pants on didn't necessarily have to be tied to coercion or leverage if the affairs were consensual.
