  1. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/lesean-mccoy-nfl-star-ex-girlfriend-convinced-he-was-involved-in-her-attack/ https://globalnews.ca/video/4343489/attorney-of-nfl-star-lesean-mccoys-ex-girlfriend-speaks-out I call BS on the following: "Cordon's attacker wanted the same expensive jewelry her ex-boyfriend has been demanding she give back, Graham said. When McCoy gave them to Cordon in 2016 for her birthday, she posted about it on her Instagram account. "When she said to this person 'Hey, I don't have it, it's in a safety deposit box." He accepted that. I'm not certain what type of burglar would accept something like that," Graham said." So, what's up with this apparent "acceptance" then?...

  3. Who would have cared in June? This is beating the drum for the start of training camp, which people are more tuned in on..

  6. Likely because he hadn't been informed yet. I suspect the officers responding to the 911 call filed a report after concluding their on-site interviews and ensuring the house was secure. Probably around 6:00 or 7:00 am, or what ever time they got back to their station house. Since they were first responders, not investigators, it might have taken hours to reach out to McCoy, perhaps well after his early morning workout...
  7. My question was about coercion and leverage over a subordinate, not having secret "relations." Russ' inability to keep his pants on didn't necessarily have to be tied to coercion or leverage if the affairs were consensual. That's the grey area I struggle with around some me#too allegations I read about...
  8. Any proof that Russ did this in the case of Hill or others? From what I gather, he got canned because he denied a relationship that was later proven to exist based on eye-witness accounts of other PSE employees in NYC for the outdoor game with the Rangers. There was never any allegation of coercion or leverage of subordinates, to my knowledge...
  9. Thanks. You just verified my comment "Information processing is a shaky concept for about a third of the general public and about half of TSW..."
  10. I'd take that bet. There are many stone-cold idiots (to use DC Tom's tag line) on this board who would have a very hard time with a timed test like the Wonderlic. It's not as much about intelligence as it is decision-making and information processing: https://footballiqscore.com/quiz/full-quiz Information processing is a shaky concept for about a third of the general public and about half of TSW...
  11. I'd love to see the range of Wondelic scores we have here on TSW. It would likely be similar to the the typical NFL team... (Jim Kelly scored a 15 and he turned out OK, I think)

  14. Not to dredge up old topics (given the deliciousness of the Shady/Shaddy threads), but while Googling I came across this link which has a lot of "food for thought" on the direction Josh is trying to take TBN... http://www.sportsjournalists.com/forum/threads/deputy-sports-editor-—-buffalo-news.129039/ The old-timer snark is a hoot, BTW...
