Doh! https://buffalonews.com/2018/07/10/charges-dropped-in-wheatfield-child-snatching-because-of-mistaken-identity/

That seems pretty self-evident. But it's amazing how many people just nod their head and say, "yep, that right..."
-
It says right on the eviction request affidavit (and the GF's lawyer also attests to this in her motion) that it was filed byTamarcus Porter, who happens to be a friend of McCoy's...

Quite a leap in logic there, McRuff Things removed from the premises = jewlery. Who knew...
-
At least you got that right... https://heavy.com/sports/2018/07/lesean-mccoy-delicia-cordon-home-court-documents/

Not acording to anything other than the motion filed by the GF's lawyer. Which has no force of law, in and of itself. It's just a "she said" at this point...
-
The only thing he filed was an eviction request. Nothing about jewlery from his end...

Agreed. Totally OT, but a cautionary tale that is timely in this case: https://buffalonews.com/2018/07/10/charges-dropped-in-wheatfield-child-snatching-because-of-mistaken-identity/ "There's always going to be people who say, 'You were charged,' and aren't going to read how the case got dismissed or thrown out. They'll think he got out on some technicality. I think you can't unring the bell. Once you've been charged and arrested, there's some stigma there," Viola said.

The lawyer's press release seems highly unusual given that criminal charges have not been filed. Almost like they're going right to the civil courts, knowing that nothing they've presented will hold up in the criminal system. OTOH, the court of public opinion is crashing down hard on Shady and his career is probably cooked no matter what transpires from here on out...

People get mad when Trump tells players to stand...

This thread makes me want to take a knee... -
Then post some citations. I've been Googling and I find nothing in U.S. state law that supports your claim. I'll keep searching but don't expect to find anything...

Nope... https://www.gadivorceonline.com/gapages/Alimony/commonlawmarriage.asp Contrary to popular belief, even if two people live together for a certain number of years, if they don't intend to be married and present themselves to others as a married couple, there is no common law marriage. More particularly, a common law marriage can occur only when: a heterosexual couple lives together in a state that recognizes common law marriages for a significant period of time (not defined in any state) holding themselves out as a married couple -- typically this means using the same last name, referring to the other as "my husband" or "my wife" and filing a joint tax return, and intending to be married. Unless all four are true, there is no common law marriage. When a common law marriage exists, the couple must go through a formal divorce to end the relationship. (back to top) Which states recognize common law marriage? Common law marriage is recognized only in the following states: Alabama Colorado District of Columbia Iowa Kansas Montana New Hampshire (for inheritance purposes only) Oklahoma Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina Texas Utah

It strikes me that that's one sorry ass legal motion. Tanya Mitchell Graham must be a ten-cent lawyer, as it surely reads like someone who got their law degree by watching My Cousin Vinny...
-
This thread is ample proof of that premise...

Was that in the Field House or at SJF? Or on the team plane or in the whirlpool? Refresh my memory...

Give me an example of anything Shady's ever done as a Buffalo Bill that would call his football character into question...

Boyst????

Against a rich, black NFL player with a 'born in the hood' public persona? More likely the majority are buying up all the rope they get their hands on even as we speak...

We won't really know anything until he's sighted in one of these...

I don't know why, but every time I see the "Red Shirt Girl" in the Independent Health ads, I stop what I'm doing and watch... -
No more absurd than sprinkling them in the ocean or from a the top of a mountain. OTOH, putting them next to Eddie D's horseshoe pits (about ten feet away, if you look at the video) might not have been the best decision either...

The Athletic vs. The Buffalo News: Which Side Are YOU On?

Yep. That's what I did. Same way I avoid the obituary and want ad sections... -
The Athletic vs. The Buffalo News: Which Side Are YOU On?
Lurker replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I subscribed to the Athletic and love it. But one new article per day on the Buffalo pro teams does not make it a threat to the BN. I'm waiting for the rubber to hit the road once the Bills and Sabres training camps open and we see how much high end content they produce... -
Well, it has to be more than age-related when the POS POTUS does it as well...
