  1. Watching Orton try and scramble is like watching Burt Reynolds in the last 20 seconds of the original longest yard. At least EJ gives us that weapon of having to use a LBer to spy. It would be great if he could read a flipping defense though.
  2. From the 50 yard line on the Bills side about 8 rows up. Got em for FREEEE! LETS GO BUFFALO!!!
  3. I will be there, I'm local. Section 114 Row 8, best looking bald guy you have ever seen.
  4. Careful what you wish for, Matt Moore is pretty solid off the bench.
  5. Ok, long time FSU fan here and watched that whole game last week. JW is far from a stellar student athlete and I am embarrassed by this kids actions as well. But he has started slow in EVERY game this year. FSU hands down is the best school at making 2nd half changes. Say what you want about that kid he is a gamer, period. The two picks he threw weren't blatant in the least. His WR dropped a lot of balls and he was still taking shots in the 1st half, our run game was stifled with Williams in until they threw the freshman in. I dont buy this for a second, but I am biased.
  6. Wrong so wrong...he is bearing thew weight of two terrible guards for 8 games. Even though Orton calls the blocking scheme it is up to the center to make last second adjustments in the middle. Plus snap the ball without fumbling.
  7. Let's see....the Jets have had 10 days off after losing a close game on the road to a division rival. They have pretty much nothing to lose and are at home. I really don't hold high expectations here.
  8. I missed the game sunday (thank god) but was it worse than the detroit game? that was really terrible.
  9. I agree, jam him all day, if he gets a clean break and head of steam its like covering Shaq in the post. No bleepin way....
  10. Not to be Deb Downer here but the idea of Spikes covering Vereen or Gronk across the middle makes me sick. They like the rest of the league know his weaknesses. Really hope Bradham is ready to go.
  11. I can't wait to read the other sites the Monday after each game " Are you serious? We let Kyle bleepin Orton torch us"?! He will look like Unitas for two weeks and then reality will set in and we will all see why he is where he is. Not trying to be a Debbie Downer but just playing the odds.
  12. Here's what a lot of you are missing: we literally change the dynamic of the offense when putting Orton in. There is no more defensive fear of him running the ball. We will have to go right back to the west coast offense. It will be a shiny penny for a week or two.
  13. Wow...just wow. This is the stuff the MODS need to shut down. Its not even a healthy conversation. One loss man.....one loss.
  14. Saw the forecast for the weather 80% chance of rain. I believe this favors our ground game and will help us with TOP. Keep the ball out of Rivers hands and force them in 3rd and long situations, that's our M.O. why change now...
  15. Absolutely awesome! Wish I was there.
  16. Nice, I am usually in the blue lot. The fans aren't that bad just clueless.
  17. We will be there as well. I am local and go every year. I will drop you a line and let you know where we will be tailgating if you're interested.
  18. Don't ruin the fun of gross speculation with your inside knowldge John.
  19. We're not loud, we are just talking....
  20. Couldn't disagree more. When you join a company and have been a part of the culture for 1-4 years and take the money they offer you it does matter. When you don't produce you're going to hear it, either by fans or media. You take the check, you put the helmet on and take the good and the bad. Today was baaaaad. I am a glass half full guy when it comes to this team. But literally nothing went right today. Pro sports isn't like any other form of employment. You're constantly in front of the world and people outside of your family give a damn about how you progress. Booing doesn't do any good but either does crying about it. How will they respond is the best question.
  21. Yes Sir. You have to be disciplined at every level. Hughes can spout off but in the end the buck stop with Doug, and the players have to know that. These guys haven't won enough to effect Doug's job. This is a welcome change. And for the OP, get a grip dude. You sound like a Dolphin fan...
  22. Absolutely sickening.
  23. That make you feel better? They had no OL or running game last year. Pay attention buddy. I am not sure what you saw in the sample size but in this instance more is more.
  24. Excellent post. EJ should have played the 1st qtr of that game, what is it 4 series maybe? Eli played more than EJ and he is a 2 time SB MVP! The mentality has to change across the board, it doesn't help if 1 guys get it and the others don't.
