No argument there, however we do have a new GM who has drafted pretty well himself. So the way I see it there is reason for optimism.

How does the 2007 draft lead to ralph pinching pennies? Ralph is quite a few things, but he does pay people. Derrick Dockery for example. Lee Evans. Schoebel, etc.

This is hilarious. The Bills just got another draft pick by trading away a back with off the field issues AND at a position that we have more depth than we can use. Given the fact that the Bills don't get many FAs, and most good teams historically are built through the draft, we need all the draft picks we can get. Given that we won't be successful this year with or without Lynch, why is this trade bad? Or is it just another opportunity to whine?

It doesn't make them better this year. It makes them worse. But stockpiling draft picks is a good strategy. Now they just need to draft well.
