No, they don't. They want the centers closed, and the kids released and reunited with their parents. They fail to realize that many of the kids will be reunited with traffickers. And that even the ones reunited with family have nowhere to go. And that almost all of them will disappear. But as long as they're being raped and abused out of sight by private individuals, and not being neglected by the understaffed federal government for everyone to see, it's good.
