  1. Man, hate to be like this but all of these freakin' songs suck. Just give me the shout song and I'm happy. Edit: Felt awful after writing that because I know how much time it can take to put together the song and all that business. I appreciate the effort, appreciate the "proud to be a Buffalonian" attitude but I guess it's just not my cup of tea.
  2. Careful what you wish for. I'm excited for tomorrows game, hoping for the offense to turn it back on but I'm also not sure what to expect from this D with a few key components out or injured.
  3. hahaha I'm not sure about that comparison but what's most annoying about this is the white guy rapping.
  4. First posts shouldn't be allowed for some people.
  5. Correction - Buffalo Rising is reporting that. Sal just retweeted it.
  6. Oh Brett. He's talking about the absolute, unquestioned (sorry Tom, Drew) best player in the league.
  7. Dolphins are foolish if they DON'T sign Captain Checkdown. Will guarantee them Andrew Luck. What's the point of winning (this doesn't always apply, but I do think it applies for this season when a stud like Luck is coming out of college) when the season is all but gone for you. Garrard may win a game or two for you, believe it or not. Trent will undoubtedly give you the best chance to lose.
  8. Ask Jets fans if they miss him. Even though the numbers don't show it, he played a significant role in their offense last year. I do expect more out of him because of how he's being paid but the season is still young. And he has gotten just about every first down asked of him on 3rd and short.
  9. I'm a bit confused. Are you saying Jason Campbell has finally arrived? Did you happen to see New England vs Oakland?
  10. Sorry but it was. If you say otherwise, I call you a Naaman apologist. Don't quite understand the need for Naaman starting. Our receivers are doing really good. Naaman will get his chance if someone goes down. Chan has proven to be a pretty damn good talent evaluator. If Naaman is this much superior than the other guys, he'd be in there already. Yes, he can catch really well. But you also have to be able to run good routes and be an effective blocker (which is a must in Chan's system).
  11. He dropped one last week. He was in double coverage though. That was the only time I saw him..
  12. I sense this as well. Raiders are playing like a team that is pissed off and wants to prove a point. They are getting 4 points in their own stadium. I just don't know if Campbell can keep up with Brady. McFadden will run all over the Pats but if the Pats get ahead and the Raiders are forced to play catch up, that could be bad news for them. Raiders are a tough, physical team and they look like they are playing with a chip on their shoulder since that Bills loss. They're going to give the Pats a good game.
  13. It's not about HOW many guys are out but rather WHO is out. In that sense, we are fortunate. Look around the league. Tons of key players were lost this week alone. I could care less that Eddins was put on IR. Easley was never much to count on to begin with and we know the drill with Parrish. Won't surprise me if McGee follows suit. The minute we lose a KEY guy (won't mention names for the sake of not jinxing 'em) then we are screwed because we don't have the depth to compete.
  14. Fitzy looks left Fitzy looks right Fitzy throws the ball all freakin' night (Fitzmagic tracker updated, btw)
  15. Moss wouldn't come to Buffalo nor would he fit in this offense.
  16. Yeah, our IR list isn't bad at all. Gotta stay healthy. But if we keep losing guys, we'll resemble last years squad. Many people forget how many guys we were missing for the last 2 games last year.
  17. Too injury prone. Done hyping the guy up and then making excuses for him. Finding another Roscoe Parrish won't be hard...
