  1. I already debunked the "encouraging political violence" fallacy. You want to talk encouraging political violence, tell me about the the summer of 2020, which lasted for months, not one afternoon, and had long-lasting effects. You have no moral high ground here. As for "authoritarian tendencies," give me a break. Having an Admin that uses an all-too-willing press to help them lie to the people (most notably about the mental decline of the President, begging the question "who was actually running the country?") and who uses them and social media to silence dissent is pretty authoritarian. Again there's no moral high ground for you here. Then add on the wacky policies espoused by the left. The lowering of standards. Trying to appease our enemies and/or showing little backbone.
  2. You can call it fascism if you want. You'd be wrong but, hey, you're entitled to keep using the word. Just because many of us don't want a complete breakdown of social norms doesn't make up fascists. That we don't want illegals flooding in, defunding the police, boys in womens lockerrooms/sports, permanent sterilization and mutilation of children and a lowering of standards doesn't make us fascists.
  3. Huh? Where did I say he shouldn't get due process?
  4. I never specified legal defense (even though it isn't). I said it's not a legitimate excuse period. And people tried to blame Trump for their bad actions, to get out of being punished? You don't say. And no one brandished any weapons, much less discharged them, at the Capitol. Why even bring that up?
  5. No, it's about recognizing TDS when you see it. Actually it's just R(epublican)DS because you will be doing the same to any R candidate in the future.
  6. Sorry but "he made me do it" has never been a legitimate excuse. It's even less applicable when "he" never said to do "it." \ If people interpreted what he said the wrong way, that's wholly on them. And I've said repeatedly that those who committed crimes that day were idiots who deserved to be punished. Those who entered through open doors, milled around peacefully and then left...do not.
  7. It's not even close to projection. Even you know that Harris didn't select Shapiro because he was Jewish and they didn't want to offend the antisemites that make up a good percentage of the party. When selecting him probably gets Pennsylvania, while Minnesota was and has been firmly Dem. And yes, I'm sure Trump is building concentration camps for Jews as we speak. The first occupants will be his SIL and grandkids...
  8. Atlantic declined a long time ago…
  9. The motive will be key to him getting the death penalty and thankfully exiting this Earth. Are you kidding? LOL! They were still blaming Trump for things up until the very end during the last Admin.
  10. Sounds like the Dems. Use them but side with their enemy. And don't tap a more qualified VP candidate because of it.
  11. Why give this POS notoriety?
  12. They played hot potato with the 109th overall.
  13. I haven't watched the NBA in probably 8 years, and that was just the latter stages of the playoffs. Once the GSW started playing the 3-point game I knew where the league was headed.
  14. "Free free Palestine." "Gee, I wonder what the motive could be..." Morons.
  15. If you're talking NBA, the 3 pointer has killed the sport. It's why ratings are tanking.
  16. Emanuel might be what you say. But he would never get nominated by the Dems. You might as well make up a fictional person and say "X could have beaten Trump" but the reality is they had no one else because they were stuck with either Biden or Harris.
  17. It's amazing how Russia/Putin wasn't considered a threat after Obama guffawed at Romney's claim that they were. So much so they yawned when Russian annexed Crimea. And when Obama told Medvedev that he's have more flexibility (to do what?) after the election.
  18. Over 40 million people are expected to drive this Memorial weekend, the most in 25 years. And gas prices are down $.42 from last Memorial day.
  19. They obviously don't understand who will hurt the most.
  20. Right. Because they won't try to make it secure. Not worried about that at all. I'm worried about the price tag to get that accomplished.
  21. It will be one-and-done like breakdancing.
  22. Scrubs, usually. I guess you could call it a smoothie since coconut is a fruit. But no blender (needed).
  23. No, he didn't. He didn't even go to the Capitol. He didn't tell them to be violent and in fact told them to "peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." And he certainly didn't tell them to break into the Capitol, without which this is a "mostly peaceful protest" outside.
