  1. And it appears that more than 90% of the country would agree with you. However, I stand by my prediction. The Saints, coming off of a beatdown by the Vikings, will be looking to rebound. Nothing better than coming home to the confines of the Superdome. And while we all know what USUALLY happens to the opponents of the Pats following a loss, this isn't the same Pats. Their defense has some real issues, and if they didn't have their hands full with Alex Smith and Kareem Hunt, now they get Drew Brees, Mark Ingram, AND Adrian Peterson. And let me tell you, the Superdome is gonna be ROCKIN..it is still one of the more difficult venues to play, and Drew Brees WILL have that team pumped and ready to play. He's still a top 5 QB in this league, and after last week's embarrassing performance, I think Adrian Peterson has something to prove. I still think Brady will put up near perfect numbers, but it won't be enough to stop the Pats from an 0-2 start.....and I'll be enjoying every moment of it. Saints 38 Pats 35
  2. I think Barnidge could be a nice safety valve for young Watson. The two of them could develop a nice chemistry for years to come..
  3. Looks like Barnidge's patience has paid off. The Texans are most definitely in desperation mode with regard to the TE spot. If they were smart they wouldn't let him leave the facility without inking him to a contract. They can fly his family and belongings up pronto...
  4. Guys, call me crazy but I think New England loses it's second game in a row in like a gazillion years. I'm not a stats wizard like several of you here are, but I know it's been a LOONG time since they lost two in a row. That aside, I wouldn't be surprised to see Brady put up 300 yards and a 70% completion rate Sunday. I've NEVER seen a quarterback respond to a poor performance or a loss like Tom Brady. However, I think the Saints hand him his 2nd loss, and New England sits at 0-2, and tied with the Jets for last place in the division. You heard it here first.
  5. Nope. Once the Bills died, my fandom for them would die along with it. DEFINITELY couldn't root for a CFL team even if they did try and resemble the Bills. Even with Jim/Thurman, etc buying them.
  6. 😅😅😅
  7. I changed my mind. I WON'T be watching the game Sunday; not my kind of thing. No disrespect to those who want to watch and enjoy. 🤤🤐
  8. That's good to hear. I think it is a talent to be able to relate well with your players, but not to cross the line of being "their friend". Rex tried to be friends with the players, and the result was undisciplined, sloppy play, and no sense of accountability. Again, seeing that video and listening to McDermott really impressed me. As another poster mentioned, I would've liked to hear him after the int to see how he dealt with his first sign of adversity. Count me in the group who was excited and impressed with Sunday's win over the Jets. To me it absolutely felt different from years past, and I haven't been this hopeful for a season in a long while. Go Bills!
  9. I had to go back and watch it...it looked like McDermott was the one who didn't slap Marcell's hand...if you go back and watch, it appears Marcell went to slap McDermott's hand but he had already pulled it away...hard to tell....
  10. Was gonna say I was highly impressed with the girl on the end holding onto her beer..that was awesome
  11. I'm really excited to see what Lawson does this year. As he gets healthier and healthier, I envision him becoming an all-out beast on the end. I wouldn't be shocked to see him post double digit sacks. Sadly, one of the few Whaley picks that may end up panning out... (or was this purely a Rex pick?)
  12. Man, I thoroughly enjoyed watching that. I love his intensity, his enthusiasm, how he encouraged his players, how he gave his OC props after calling a good play. He definitely carries a sense of authority about him, like he just demands respect, but not like a control freak type of authority. I love how towards the end of the game you can tell he's starting to lose his voice a little bit from shouting the whole game... Man I'm really starting to like McD. I'm getting the feeling we may have found something special in our HC guys... *Please disregard entire post if we go to Carolina Sunday and get throttled.*
  13. I liked him alot too. He definitely suffered due to lack of quality QB play and sub-standard offensive coaching. However, I feel like we already have a Malachi Dupre on the roster ala Jordan Matthews. Both are tall, possession type receivers who both lack that extra gear to go get the deep ball. Wouldn't mind seeing him on the PS though.. JMO
  14. Section 122, I say thank you sir. Taking the time to compile that data, and putting it into a post that is both informative AND easy-reading is greatly appreciated! I love seeing how we performed, and where we stand vs the rest of the league. Thank you again! ☺👍
  15. I'm stuck here in this room, can't watch the game on tv, can't listen to it on my phone, so all I have is looking at the gamecast on espn.com, and reading all of your posts....thank you guys for brightening my day and keeping me laughing and entertained. I truly love this forum, and am happy to be a member of it! Go Bills! Now, if someone doesn't mind giving me a play-by-play, and then someone else offering a color commentary, I'll be completely content.
  16. 😅😅😅
  17. Checking it out now, thanks!
  18. Thank You! ☺
  19. Guys, I'm down here in Atlanta, and unfortunately I'm hospitalized. No biggie just some GI issues I've been dealing with. But I can't go to my Bills bar, and I thought if I downloaded the WGR 550 app I could listen to it on my phone, but it's giving that copyright regulations crap...is there anywhere online I can listen to or watch the game on my phone?? Help!!!
  20. I've been a member of TBD since 2005, and although I may not post often, I'm on this site every day. I just wanted to comment on how refreshing it is to have a fan of another team come to our message board, speak intelligently, offer insightful opinions and information, show our team some love, all while still maintaining his own teams allegiance. You are a classy act Ice, and it's always a pleasure to see you on here. I wish your Packers all the luck in the NFC, and would love to see a Packers Bills super bowl!
  21. Agreed 100%. I'm gonna mute the television and turn on some 70s weird retro tunes...
