  1. Is that the problem tho? Bills in 2023 have by far the best run game they've had in the McD/Allen era... and the result is the most lackluster offense we've seen here so far. I dont really think it's a "problem", but I would say our reliance on ONLY the RBs to run the ball, and not letting/calling Josh runs anymore, severely hampers the offense.
  2. Another guy to not throw to? No thanks.
  3. Epenesa, Rousseau, and Oliver arent making impacts on the DL? Seems more like the problem all along was the DC.
  4. I'm not a huge fan of letting Von take 20+ snaps in real, live games to "warm up" but if he can turn it on for the playoffs then I guess it will be fine. Frankly, I'd rather give his money to keeping Epenesa, Floyd, and Rousseau
  5. I actually thought they bounced back far better and quicker than I expected. I was afraid they'd cash it in pretty quickly because it was really starting to feel like 2022 all over again last night. I give em credit for fighting through it. Barely. But to your point, it should be discussed.
  6. Sal just talked on WGR about asking Dorsey about this on Dorsey's Zoom call last week, and he said Dorsey indicated it's mostly on Josh being far more comfortable in shotgun then under center. Time for Dorsey to get him comfortable. Still no excuse for calling a shotgun draw on the 1 yard line.
  7. Worst win I've seen this year This game reminded me of most of last year when we were squeaking out bad wins. Leaving the game frustrated and confused because we stunk but still won. Seemed like every week last year we were having these conversations. McD and Dorsey need to figure it out, or GTFO.
  8. It was, but they just called a far more ticky-tack DPI call to give the Giants an extra try to win from the 1yd line. The fact they didnt run Barkley there is on the Giants. Lots of calls were missed in this game. And far too many were made. These refs were on screen all night.
  9. Allen in his postgame said (Paraphrasing) "Just throwing to the open guy. When we're running concepts where Diggs is the first read, and he's getting open, I throw him the ball." I do think the offense is better when Josh is able to spread the ball around. That obviously means everyone is getting open. After watching the other WRs play last night, I dont blame Josh for going to Diggs so much. He did spread it around a little later in the game. Likely when the Giants started keying on Diggs. I still think that taking Josh's running game away has tipped the numbers game back into the Defense's favor and they have a much easier time of covering and defending us now. We need to run at least a COUPLE of designed QB runs and let Josh run when he scrambles. It's the biggest missing piece of this offense right now.
  10. They didnt do anything ejection worthy. That is pretty much down to throwing a punch. Lawrence was close when he got Brown on the ground, but didnt swing.
  11. Dude had his chance. Cant have this. Gotta go. Someone start collecting for the billboard.
  12. Yeah, it's the NY Post, but they're saying the London trip did them in. https://nypost.com/2023/10/12/top-bills-sabres-execs-fired-over-brazen-romantic-relationship/?
  13. He is the most hated figure in the history of Buffalo sports so dont expect too much around here
  14. Lot of season left.
  15. ***** the Golden Showers, ***** Eichel. That's all I got. GO SABRES!
  16. Officially released and available!
  17. I was once for this, but no longer. I'd rather trade for a DB (Surtain) or LB. 26 yards is almost DOUBLE what he actually put up! 3/14yds, 1 INT allowed.
  18. They got any DBs or LBs available? Jordan Hicks worth a look?
  19. I dont see an improvement over the guys we already have.
  20. Nah. Every time Josh or Stef show another example of how close they are I'm posting and bumping it because the very notion there was some big problem is ridiculous.
  21. "No comment" would be construed as saying "He was upset at me and I'm annoyed about it". Sticking up for his buddy who EVERYONE wants to bad-mouth is the right move.
  22. Equal amounts of cheating either way! Not to get too off topic, but now that NIL is legal this is SMU's time to shine! They just announced a move to the ACC, and the ACC was trying to negotiate TV money and not pay SMU, and SMU said "We dont need your TV money". They privately raised $100M in 7 DAYS! And the only reason it took that long was because it took 3-4 days for the booster checks to clear! They're aiming for $200M by the end of the month. https://footballscoop.com/news/smu-raises-100-million-in-a-week-after-acc-move
  23. I'm not saying it's smart, and I doubt the NFL would pass up any opportunity to make money. But I cant think of any other reason they HAVENT done it yet.
