    I do agree with this, JPS. My earlier comment stems from the frustration of what's nearing a decade and a half of playoff-less football. Come to think of it, I probably would have made the same comment had we busted out like Miami. I've become quite cynical with any decisions this franchise makes these days. I now assume any decision is a bad one.

    Fair enough. I see a lot of holes. Lets see how this FA period and draft unfolds. Until then, I will label this entire franchise inept. I hope they buck this trend......it's getting rather old.

    Does New England have more roster spots than other teams? It seems most think every FA goes there. If Jackson going to NE means keeping the ball out of Brady's hands, I'm all in.

    Draft the best players available. Period. Bad football teams (ie Buffalo Bills) need the very best player available to them. Draft them, sign them, acquire them, trade for them........however.....just do it. Regardless of position. It aint happening in one offseason, either.

    No biggie one way or the other. No offense will be built around this guy. Succeed elsewhere? Perhaps. He won't be front and center for anyone. A mere contributor that can and will be replaced. I haven't seen anyone say he sucks.
