People say ICE obsesses about Drew

For me it is like listening to 'Stairway to heaven'. It has been played on FM so often that a once classic and entertaining song is now 'boring'. Ooops.. I just compared Ice's posts to Stairway ! sacrilege but you get my point. -
ICE will probably get the last laugh
Fan in Chicago replied to Frez's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wonder if this is still true after the way we played the last 3 games. I would like to see one of the next three teams try to 'blitz the hell out of DB' and see the results. Granted these teams have weaker defenses than NE or Pitt. There just may be a possibility that the ability to pick up blitzes is better now than prior to the NE game. If this is true, the Steelers will be burnt badly. Let us see how this plays out. At a minimum, the season is interesting once more. My suspicion is that if we go get into the playoffs, our momentum will be strong enough to run over the opponent in the wildcard game. Yes, I actually said we will win the WC game if we get there. That is ofcourse a mighty big IF. -

his right what ? In addition to having no spelling skills, you don't even have the knowledge or guts to register. Oh yes, your* logic sucks also. * the correct use of 'your' -
maybe he is pandering to this board. Seeing the reaction here, made him doubt himself ?{wishful thinking}

Yes, but this time he has picked the Bills and Golic (who ?) has picked the fins. So what is the point of your post ?

How about some Praise for McNally?
Fan in Chicago replied to mtdoak's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not to start another DB bashing spree, but I can imagine how much better we would be if we had a mobile QB in there for ther first 6 games. If we had one 1-2 more wins, we would be in the thick of things as opposed to being mathematically in the race for the playoffs. -
I am not an expert and Fezmid's answer is probably all you need.' But, for future audio-video questions, visit http://www.avsforum.com . It is a fantastic site for all sorts of discussions regarding anything AV. You get a good discussion leading to an answer in less than a day. The best part is, there is no commercial connection of this site so all the people are there for the love of the science.

After a couple good wins, this poll should be

My only complaint of TD's tenure has been the hiring of GW and KGilbride. Overall, given the trade-offs, I have been happy having him managing our team, personnel and salary cap situation. -
Prediction for Moulds in Miami game
Fan in Chicago replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The pass defense stat surprised me. Whatever the reasons, maybe we do need to pound it more than we have recently. More than any other game, getting some early scores will help keep the crowd quiet and Feeley on his heels. I still think we will surprise them by throwing early and then changing to the run game. -
I just looked up Moulds stats from the last 3.5 years against Miami Rec Yards TD 2001 6 196 2 6 82 0 2002 3 81 1 5 130 1 2003 2 30 0 3 20 0 2004 5 99 0 Except for last year, he seems to have faired very well against the fins. I am willing to bet that he has a big day this weekend as their secondary is not as strong as their run defense. I predict > 100 yards receiving w/2 TDs. Miami will be gearing up to defend WM and give a bit on their pass defense. What do you guys think ?

2 interim coaches in 2 weeks
Fan in Chicago replied to Corp000085's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes we should always be nervous but the players should be even more so and not look beyond any opponent. Now our game plan should have shifted from proving we can win to trying for the playoffs. every game counts (cliche ofcourse). -

Fan in Chicago replied to Corp000085's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In a rare situation maybe, but the board of directors always has a succession plan in place. example - my company's CEO gave about a 2 week notice for a personal reason and the board had the new guy report to work in that time frame. He is permanent and not interim. Nice try yourself. -

Okay. Sometimes I think this concept of interim coach is nonsense. Sorta like telling the shareholders of a company that the CEO resigned and someone from the local temp office will do his job till we find a real CEO. If the current coach is going to be fired, have a permanent replacement in mind first. If the coach quits, hold him to his contract till a permanent replacement is hired. I realize that most perm replacements are coaching currently. Anyway, just my worthless 2 cents. -

for those claiming Miami is an easy win...
Fan in Chicago replied to ICE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It won't be all easy. My prediction is that it is a tough first half and a relatively easy second. However, the margin of victory will be fairly large 30-13 No flames please - this is just a wild a**ed prediction. -
Early Buffalo VS Miami predictions
Fan in Chicago replied to daquixers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Naah - I think another big margin of victory. It will stay close for the first half when we wear them out and then start racking up long runs, long pass plays. Bills win 30-13 -
This is the last I will say about Bledsoe

So...how many turnovers for Bledsoe
Fan in Chicago replied to ICE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I certainly hope not - we are all Bills fans. We should not fight amongst ourselves for an internal issue. I think the boos will start on the first series that he is under center. -
I am with you on this one. This is an example of the 'mistakes' a rookie HC will do so I don't think much of it. Look guys, the game was out of hand. If this was at half-time, I would be angry as we still had a chance to pull out a comeback. The mistake was really in delaying the decision to pull DB till so late in the game. It was eminently obvious by the end of the 1Q that DB was playing bad. So instead of helping him defend his manhood in front of fans of his ex-team, MM should have put SM in and see what we could salvage.
