  1. They are until proven they aren't . They have started the season out fantastically. Packers are the only other NFC team to look this good but they need to prove it over the rest of this season. While i dislike the projection, I am on board with the philosophy of your thought
  2. Of course I dont know how it is to be an NFL coach. But his record and they way they started this season makes him trend towards being incompetent at his position.
  3. Yes, they havent invested in their OL as they should have but I agree with the latter part. Somehow I feel the injuries are also on him. There have been a few players who are injury prone for one reason or another.
  4. (You all will love this thread on victory Monday) Seeing how we well we are playing now, that we get a couple of defensive players back in few weeks and assuming that the young 'uns on defense gel by mid-season, I am having a really tough time seeing a loss on our schedule. But we all know how difficult it is to go unbeaten. Also, I dont want to jinx it. So if we assume there will be at least one loss this season, which game has your vote? Dolphins - naah Saints - no QB, still re-building Patriots* - Maybe if Vrabel does his thing for playing tough in the trenches and this is his Superbowl Falcons - way too underpowered to slow us down Panthers - Naah Chiefs - they should have Rice back by this time so it is likely but I feel we are more balanced overall on Defense and can avoid the typical issues with their offense Dolphins - they will be thinking about next season at this time, so naah Buccaneers - a possible loss as they are a tough team and on a good day, can give us fits Texans - while good overall, it remains to be seen if CJ Stroud can recapture his rookie form. But I dont think they have the overall horses to stop us Steelers - Again, could be a tough game but Rodgers' arm would be hurting by this time Bengals - Maybe Burrow will be back by this time but he will be rusty and our Defense should be fully revved up by this time Patriots - see above Browns - good overall team but still looking for a QB. Eagles - first real possibility of a loss with how tough that team is. But if we have the #1 seed locked up, many of our starters will be resting Jets - rrriigght So, in summary, I think our first loss could be to the Patriots, Bucs or Eagles. What do y'all think?
  5. "To win games you have to win the game and not lose the game" Umm what ??? This guy is now looking to be more of an incompetent coach than we thought before.
  6. I commented on another thread that Burrow is trending towards Rob Johnson with better QB skills but similar availability issues. I think the Bengals must be very very worried right now to see his continuing issues. If this dude's problems continue to challenge the Bengals chances for the post season, what do they do going forward? They have sunk a lot of money on a few positions and may again have squat to show for it this season. Browning is decent as a backup , but he can't survive the rigors of playing good defenses who will gameplay against him.
  7. I was on a golf trip this weekend and played Friday and Saturday. The guys (no Bills fans) were pressuring me to play on Sunday morning also. My choices were to play on a beautiful 65F morning in Wisconsin or drive back 2.5 hours to catch the Bills play the friggin Jests. I chose the former. You and @ColoradoBillsmay proceed to shame me now.
  8. Unless we are again up four scores on them late in the third at which point McD will call off the dogs
  9. Don't you think they should have some faith in Fields?
  10. And the Jets have multiple more.
  11. Rob Johnson reborn . Better as QB but same fragile body
  12. Daniel's looks to have the sophomore slump like CJ Stroud had last year. Still early but not looking as crisp as he did last season
  13. Happy birthday, boss
  14. "Watching the Bills Ravens game, in the 4th quarter I wanted the Bills to come back. We'll get them in a let down trap game. Had they lost that game, we'd have zero chance." 😃 Who is our resident trap game expert? @eball?
  15. I have a guess but I better not spoil the entertainment that comes with this actual thread
  16. Any reason why you hijacked this thread when there are several others to comment on how good/poor our WRs are ? Making a comment or two is fine but you are continuing to discuss a topic that has little to do with the original post
  17. If we sign him, at least wait till half time of the Jets game
  18. Yea, he is tough to listen to when he goes into his fanboy diatribe about certain players. But he was good last night and gave the right amount of props to each QB. I too noticed that he was ready to lose control of bodily fluids in the last 5 minutes. Truth be told, so was I.
  19. That is one ugly take down. Bet Jackson is feeling it this morning. Go Eddie!
  20. If is fashionable and hip on this board to keep harping that our WRs are "not good". That is only true if you are comparing individual WRs to the likes of Chase, Higgins , Nacua etc. This has now become a lazy take despite the WRs making some really good catches last night. My argument is not that our top 2 receivers are better than any others in the league. It should be totally evident by now that it is NOT the Bills' MO. Frustrating for some posters in here to point to a few drops last night to support their preconceived notion that the Bills' WRs suck.
  21. Credit Coleman for concentrating and making a catch not intended for him. In game speed, it was pure reaction on his part and I tip my hat to him not looking elsewhere and being very ready.
  22. And they deserve it, to have missed the end and given up too early
  23. He should not cut his hair till after the superbowl
  24. Exhibit #1 about why new threads should not be started when the game is going on
