Need proof go look at Flutie's best year as a Bill. his numbers are well under Fitz's overall.. but Flutie had a top 5 D that year, and most games were low scoring affairs If we had a top 10 D we would be talking playoffs, and no that does not mean I still wouldn't want to upgrade the QB position if the chance comes about But the entire thought process was our D was going to be so good that Fitz would only have to manage games

we all thought we had a top 10 D this year. If we did this team would be 5-2 right now. I don't think its all a talent issues. Our LB'ers are not that great, but DL and DB's should be in better positions to make plays.

Buffalo needs a shot in the arm, and this is the kind of thing that can be a catalyst for more developement If the Bills are going to stay in Buffalo a new stadium is a must. There is no debatig this.. Why waste 100's of millions in upgrades to a the old stadium.. Time to move on... The NFL can help and Buffalo's waterfront is screaming for investment

Saddest part is Houston is th eotp rated D in the league. Looks like we go tou our high profile FA and we still ended up with a dud. I still blame the loss to NE mostly on the D, and secondly on our inability to run the football.

If you look at last season vs the Pat's Fitz threw for over 670 yds, A 65% completion percentage. He had 6 TD's and 6 INT's, however 4 of those INT's were in a meannigless game at the end of the season and the D had pretty much given up a 21+ lead by the 4th quarter when Fitz tossed 2 of his INT's in desperation time.. I agree Fitz needs to eliminate some INT's, but he has had some of his best games last season against New England.

it's a winnable game, it will come down to our DB's and LB's clamping down on the Pat receivers, and Fitz having one of his better then average days. Any cushion our DB's/LB's give will be exploited
