  1. In addition, it is also 100% crystal clear and irrefutable that when a candidate does not receive anything of value from a foreign government, if the candidate is running on the Republican ticket he/she can absolutely expect that he/she will be investigated, that the freedom of his/her business associates and family members are in peril, and that no stone will be left unturned in an attempt to ruin him/her and his/her associates and family members through doj/congressional/media mob overreach. Why didn't the arrogant and condescending civil servant include that in her propaganda release?
  2. I'm not a millennial either. I don't know what this means.
  3. I think John Dean should appreciate the fact that he was not accused of being a serial rapist, traitor or Putin acolyte by the people asking the questions. He had a good day.
  4. i have no idea, I'm not the yogi. and drop that damn u in 'colour', fancy pants. classy, yes, but the u is a precious commodity and its unnecessary here.
  5. From the syllabus: Use Shelly Tochluk’s book Witnessing Whiteness as a guide for our work. Reading is recommended, but not required Even when whitey confronts the "pathology of whiteness" they shortcut with privilege. Priceless.
  6. What if, Deek (if that's your real name), what if the Russians hacked her iCalendar and changed all the "Wisconsins" to "New York Citys"? And what if all her cough drops were replaced with drops that actually made her cough? You want discord? A presidential candidate in a pale blue pants suit constantly visiting the same location and hacking up a lung is some *****ing discord. Somewhere in America tonight, a guy maybe named Mitch, or Geoff, or Crayden or Mickey is out there, standing alone in the dark, staring north toward the horizon in defiance and protest of Vladimir Putin. While his neighbors know him only as the odd guy that hangs around the dumpster of the apartment complex, you know him as Tiberius. Will you not stand with him for America?
  7. While I would not want to be a victim of Ted Kazcinski, being bludgeoned by Ted Bundy would not be a better outcome. If I believed the things you did (and I do not) the question would not be "Is that too much to ask", it would be "why am I selling out for a candidate that has all the same problems as the guy I profess to hate?".
  8. I think corporations are part of the fabric of our democracy, and should have a seat at the table. We all know they do, so let's move on. I think the corporation exists to thrive and survive, and that certainly presents challenges that are not in the best interest of the average voter. On the other hand, I think government acts as a corporation at times, existing egocentrically with little regard for the impact on the average voter. The difference is that corporations like AT&T or GE can, and often do, fade away. Government, on the other hand, does not. Of the two, I think the greater threat is not AT&T, though i understand your perspective.
  9. corporations are always bad, until they are good. it's the American way.
  10. yes. i see it now. what does trump have on mueller to force him to be complicit in the scheme? and barr, why is barr complicit in the destruction of the republic? maybe they all get the commie hookers? and why are you so committed to being a biden sock puppet? he's a washington insider, makes inappropriate comments relative to race, has a history of plagiarism, flips and flops like fosbury, and can unhook a bra with just using his hair plugs. and that's before the whole ukrainian fiasco, and his assault on anita hill. why are you itching for him to be your daddy?
  11. Maybe not, but its entirely possible he is Putin's grandfather's older cousin.
  12. I was thinking "Investigategate" but it made every announcer sound like they were hammered, and I heard autocorrect kept crashing the system.
  13. If by "advisor", you mean Google, we are on the same page. It tells you everything it wants you to know.
  14. Roth conversion, hypothetically speaking? That hypothetically might hypothetically make the most hypothetical sense if you're planning to hypotheticall stick around for a while. A fellow I know cashed out about 8-10 years ago, paid the mill or so to the king and is so happy to have followed that course of action.
  15. The answer to your question is hidden in plain sight. They are everywhere.
  16. I've done it--I went to Austria, told the stern-looking fellow who asked me for my papers "I'm a citizen of the world, step aside so I may be on my way.". It was awesome--he apologized, said he had forgotten "we" are literally the world, and thanked me for just being. Everyone cheered, it felt like...family. Are we still paying more for the grapes though? That's the real question, because Americans can't pay more for the grapes--it will rob us of our will to live.
  17. And lots of people in/around her circle tend to find their weekend plans subject to change due to their sudden, violent and mysterious death.
  18. I recall no one ever stating that Clinton was worse than Hitler. Biden's challenges (among others) is he has been around forever and was never remotely close to being good enough to earn the nomination, he was active in the last admin that unmasked/surveilled/spied upon the political op (and was either duplicitous enough to be involved, neutered to the point he was not part of the activity, or clueless enough to have it happen on his watch), he has a laundry list of racially charged comments, he changes positions based on the political environment, he has a history of lies/plagiarism charges/fanciful tales, and the repubs havent started on him yet. On the plus side, he's likable if you dont care about all his negatives, he will be use his son's death to connect with sympathetic voters, and he will say what he wants regardless of how it makes him appear. Also, on the plus sides, dem voters will vote for malaise, overegulation, excessive taxation and against their best interests virtually every time. To paraphrase and appropriate Will Ferrel in "Kicking and Screaming", Clinton and Biden are "Different...they are both worse different."
  19. And the Daytime Emmy for Most Overwrought Performance in a Cheesy Political Drama is...Tiberius Ocasio-Cortez!
  20. Wait...I had you pegged as Chef Jim...Carey. You know, the Mask guy. Ace from Ventura. Your name is Jim, you mentioned you live in Cali, and you have that cool split personality Chef artwork in your profile? If you're just some guy named Jim, why am I following you? I mean, why wouldn't I care about what some multi-millionaire unstable comedian accused of giving his gf an std and driving her to suicide has to say?
  21. Interesting to me that Flynn is said to have been surprised by the late-December expulsion of the 35 Russians by Obama. He apparently said he could understand expelling one, but 35? I keep coming back to this incident as it really bothered me. It seemed to me that Obama played very fast, and very loose with national security dumping this sort of incident on the incoming admin, and it gets worse with each revelation. It's like he gave Trump bad directions to the International Diplomacy party, but to make doubly sure the admin got screwed over, he cut the brake lines to the presidential limo just to be sure they started off by driving off a cliff. Unreal.
