    No, it was a question on the coincidental timing of two events that shouldn't reasonably have coincidental timing. BTW, the picture of the stamps on manila envelope is too grainy to be conclusive regarding the markings. In any event, since when does law enforcement share sensitive evidence with the media within minutes of finding the suspicious object?
