  1. watch the director's commmentary. there's good reasons for everything. you really gonna question pj's decisions when he pulled off the single most amazingly difficult film job in history?
  2. eom
  3. symptoms include terse, high-volume responses to any question asked of me, an inability to stop pacing in front of the GB game, a desire for scotch, clenched teeth, and a conscious nightmre that involves nate clements and a 4th and game pass in september. What the Favre is going on out there?
  4. spoke too soon. leftwich is tough.
  5. if they lose to zona, they might already be out when they play the jets. It could be a game martz farts his way away. if there's an overrated coach in the NFL, it's Mike Fuggin Martz.
  6. Mark, in a way it really is. Our defense is consistently giving our offense great field position and we sputter far more than we excel. I'm a little disturbed by our lack of a running game today against the 27th best run defense. I'd like to hear what MM says about it. I'm not convinced we have a playoff offense right now. We're just not efficient, even though we're blowing teams out thanks to D/ST
  7. fuggin amhan green fumbles at the 5, jax ball. fuggin packers.
  8. Do field goals get any uglier?
  9. eom
  10. you know, no run blocking, inaccurate passing, same old. If not for ST and defense, this looks like one of those games again. On the bright side, our D is making some interesting plays. FOrmations i haven't seen before. Good stuff.
  11. PETERS: That was fuggin BEAUTIFUL.
  12. me too. mie two. meey tew. the only benefit is that kitna doesn't have the same deep ball. But he's smarter, more experienced, can read blitzers better, and is generally more accurate in the short stuff. but let's hope he's rusty.
  13. The Bills'll beat Cinci today. But Miami will sign Saban this week. I hate the idea of BB's best friend coaching the dolphins. They're famous for crossboarding. Saban is a class act that will turn that team around, dammit. He understands personnel and scheme like BB. The AFC East just got *a lot* more difficult. Like it needed to be. Not good news, imo. Santa? All I want for Christmas is re-alignment as follows: AFC East New England NY Jets Baltimore Ravens Pittsburgh Steelers AFC North Buffalo Bills Cleveland Browns Cincinnati Bengals Indianapolis Colts AFC West Denver KC Oakland San Diego AFC South Miami Houston Jacksonville Tennessee
  14. Worry spin: The Bills are going to be in the hardest division for a full decade. Saban and Belichick are close. THey're well-known for cross-boarding. Why can't Miami hire Dennis Erickson? Will this never end? No Worries spin: Eh, it'll take Saban two years to get that team in order. Besides, he's never been a head coach in the NFL, so what are you worried about? Pshaw on the No Worries spin: Belichick has said many times that Saban is the best coach he's ever been around. He learned a lot of his schemes from Saban and thinks he'll make a great head coach. I think the opinion of BB carries weight. Saban's defense in Cleveland went from allowing the most points in the NFL prior to Saban's arrival (1991) to allowing the fewest points in 1994. His defensive unit allowed a league-low 21 touchdowns and 204 points in 1994, the sixth-fewest points surrendered in NFL history at the time. The guy knows his schitt on a Belichick level of X/O mastery. Pshaw on the Pshaw: It hasn't happened yet. Cross that bridge when you get to it. Pshaw on the Pshawed Pshaw: Whatever. You'll see. Living in the AFC East is going to suck. Ralph should have accepted re-alignment concepts that put us in the AFC Central and miami in the AFC South. Pshaw on the Pshaw over the Pshawed Pshaw: Who cares? It'll just give weight to winning the AFC East. If you make it thru, you'll automatically be the favorite to go the distance.
  15. feed that weird feeling. give it beer. give it porn. fatten that feeling up. goooo feeling! rah rah sisboombah gooooooo Feeeeeliing!
  16. by the way, mcgahee is getting these yards while every team has committed 8, sometimes 9, to stop the run. We haven't seen any true cover-2 where 4 DEs go against our linemen with maybe one blitzing LB and everyone else back to cover. It's always people at the line stuffing lanes. I can't wait to see Willis against a team that decides to play a straight up cover 2.
  17. where are you FINDING this stuff?
  18. I've been looking for those stats, in vain! where didja find em? nice.
  19. mike, no offense...but WAKE UP! saban and belichick are very close friends. after the patriots won the last SB, Belichick flew directly from the game to Saban's house, where they discussed the next season and football strategy. AFTER WINNING THE SUPERBOWL. you DON"T want saban coaching the fins, trust me. DO you really want the fins to become another team that just somehow seems to get it done? then you don't want Saban. Belichick has said that he's learned more from saban than any other coach in his career. and yes, he was belichick's DC in cleveland...and guess what...they had the #1 and #2 defense on his watch. THey lost because of their offense, primarily.
  20. why? because stocks go down. and they go up. sirius seems like the kind of stock that you buy now, forget you have it, and come back and look at it 5 years from now. try to track that daily and you'll get an ulcer.
  21. we'll beat cincy, and i'll take any bet. we'll holdy rudi under 80. we'll sack kitna 4 times, pick him twice. McGahee all day. Bills 30 Cinci 16
  22. where the bills rank in sacks for and against, line penalties against, turnovers, etc. NFL.com doesn't have many team stat categories.
  23. he's more of a LS than a TE. I thought it was strange... Hope JD is okay...you can't underestimate how important it is for Moorman to trust his LS. Damn...wonder why there hasn't been any mention of it. (WGR just did)
  24. Nick Saban would turn that team around quickly. Nick and Belichick are very close friends. They'd probably be in cahoots in every pats/fins vs Bills matchup. As if Belichick needs any help... Why must the Bills' division be the hardest division in the league? Why O why? Can't we move to the AFC Central and join the likes of the Bengals, Ravens and Browns? Come on...
