  1. Disclaimer: I like Drew Bledsoe and admit he probably gives us the best chance to win right now. That being said... That was one of those schitty performances that the Bills would have turned into a loss last season. In other words, Drew wasn't a key factor in this win. He threw many, many bad balls. If it was going to moulds, it went to the wrong shoulder. I'm constantly amazed by how Drew can throw such horrid short passes. Those are supposed to be 85%ers. This game was won by hard yards from willis, good blocking from a banged up line, good field flipping punts, and 3 key first downs by Lee Evans. Somehow that adds up to 37 points. This was a gritty game. No big plays thru the air, nothing really impressive on offense except for willis getting 5 when there was a 2 yard hole. They committed 8 to stop the run and we still weren't able to hit any big passes. This game actually makes me more optimistic about this team thany any of the previous wins. Seriously. Cuz it wasn't really that pretty on offense, yet they scored 37. How'd they do that again?
  2. This is a classic game of Win despite the play of Drew Bledsoe. Hey, I love the guy, but he is simply not accurate anymore. How many easy throws did he toss to the wrong shoulder today? I counted 7. 5 of them to Eric Moulds, who you KNOW is fuming about Drew's play.
  3. woohoo! 2 levels of goodness!
  4. 6 year deal
  5. There is...only...one... http://www.laphroaig.com/
  6. True, but it's obviously acceptable to be a bit lazy in a fan message board, no? Actually, that issue had nothing to do with grammar. Usage lesson over...
  7. thanks. i thought that was too out there to be true.
  8. Does anyone know if it's true that they never overcame a deficit? They were NEVER ONCE down and had a go ahead score in any game? Can anyone verify this?
  9. Oh, man....how easy is this? Woodson - (he was beaten up at the time and wanted merc dollars. Big deal) Greene - Let him go to Carolina (are you talking about Joe Greene? BWAHAHAHA! Donahoe wasn't even in charge of the gatorade back then!) Sam Rogers - OVERRATED, inflated Butler contract that he wasn't worth. Never made another play in the NFL. Antowain Smith - Any player in Belichick's hands fares better. John Holecek - OVerrated player, inflated Butler contract that he wasn't worth. Never made another play in the NFL. Sam Cowart - coming offf an injury, never was the same. BEST DECISION IN HIS FIRST YEAR. Where's COwart now? He's healthy and riding the pine in NJ. Wake up. Bryce Fisher - BWAHAHAHAAA! oh, man...you're hilarious. The one tough release he HAD to make was TEd Washington...but to spare the team's cap, it had to be done. He rebuilt the team from scratch, and it's a far better team than anything Butler assembled. (Polian assembled the superbowl teams)
  10. Please, give me a detailed analysis of his draft choices Extended and choices Not Extended. Please (try to) back up what you're trying to say.
  11. 1. Terrence McGee. The more I watch of this guy, the more I realize that it's not far fetched to say that there's a good possibility that we're witnessing the early days of greatness at KR. It's ironic that Bobby April reared two of the all time great returners, Sanders and Woodson. This third one is definitely a charm. He has that uncanny knack, that rare vision and speed that those guys had in their prime. Lock him up. He can only help this team's chances in the future. 2. Clements. Big, physical corners with great hands who love Buffalo and have no off field issues are difficult to find. Clements has made his share of boneheaded plays, not the least of which is the failure to win the first game for us with a simple knock down, but he's a top 12 corner in this league, at least. Lock him up. 3. Jonas Jennings. We give him schitt for getting knicked up a lot, but he has never missed long stretches of time. He plays hurt. And he plays well. When was the last time you saw Jonas get just flat burned? He's been Soooo solid for us against our critical AFC East matchups, Abraham and Taylor. He's consistent, smart, unselfish, and has great character. LTs like that are one of the hardest guys to find. Lock him up.
  12. i like the pick, but i'll take the bet against you. $5 paypal wager?
  13. Everything, *EVerything* would be different right now if Clements knocked that fuggin ball down. Doesn't it make you wanna break the nearest window? I know, it's just a game, and a former one at that. Nuttin anyone can do. *SMASH*. It's long since done, get over it. *CLANG* Grow up, man...that was September, for Chrissake! *SHATTER* Oh, come on...you can't dwell on schitt like that. Don't you have work to do? *Rosen* Get a life, man. *THUD/SMASH/CLANG/SHATTER* Oh, and now we're gonna lose our offensive coordinator? *ETC*
  14. Colts | Harrison Agrees to 7-Year Extension - from www.KFFL.com Wed, 8 Dec 2004 14:00:50 -0800 ESPNews reports Indianapolis Colts WR Marvin Harrison has agreed to a seven-year, $66 million deal that includes a $22 million signing bonus.
  15. coach mularkey confirmed that euhus is doubtful this week. they're not sure what the prognosis for his knee is. either way, losing your #1 and #2 TEs in one game hurts. Peters might not be smart enough and Trafford might not have the knowledge of the offense to be anything close to effective. but we'll see.
  16. Bills | Campbell Injury Update - from www.KFFL.com Wed, 8 Dec 2004 12:00:49 -0800 Updating previous reports, Buffalo Bills TE Mark Campbell (knee) has torn ligaments in his knee and will miss the remainder of the 2004 season. Bills | Euhus Likely Out for the Year - from www.KFFL.com Wed, 8 Dec 2004 12:00:12 -0800 Buffalo Bills TE Tim Euhus (knee) is expected to miss the remainder of the 2004 season due to ligament damage in his knee. That fuggin Miami game was costly. Neufeld, Peters and Trafford are now IT.
  17. I'd be pretty disappointed if he left before the season is over. he has a job, and he should do it without distraction. we need some continuity, for chrissake.
  18. Bills 34 Browns 17
  19. but of course, there are errors: On Sunday with the Bills trailing 24-14, Evans made a one-handed grab for a nine-yard gain on third-and-2 to keep the chains moving. "When the ball left my hand, I thought I had overthrown it. Lee turned on the jets and got it," Bills quarterback Drew Bledsoe said. This quote was not about the nine yarder, you fuggin hack. It was from the 69 yarder. He continues... In the third quarter with just 10 seconds remaining, the speedster got behind the secondary and made a 69-yard scoring catch to give Buffalo a 28-24 lead. There were TWO seconds left in the 3rd, you POS. You might think I'm overreacting. I don't think so. If you write for a living, you get a little pissed off when you see highly paid writers for ESPN doing such schitty work, and most likely, no one there will ever know it. Have some fuggin respect for your profession and do a little research...it ain't hard to watch football games and take good notes.

  21. Ah. Betting terms. Thanks. Makes sense. So yea. Check out that...spread.
  22. try 11.5 points. when was the last time buffalo was favored by that many points? http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/Handi...elections14.htm
  23. I had to know how Pat Williams, of all people, could catch a rifled ball at point blank range with one hand. It was the most improbable clutch play by a Bill in...how long? So I rewinded the game to that spot about a dozen times. I played it in super slo-mo. Pat gets his hand up at the perfect time. Feeley couldn't have adjusted his passing lane around his arm. The ball hits his mit, makes a Thud heard 'round Miami, and falls like a shot pheasant. Pat had no clue that the ball he blocked was catchable. The ball literall fell point-down on the leading edge of his midsection protruberance, giving him an extra half second to reach down and snag it. Then he did something really smart. He knew his grip on the ball was iffy at that split second, and he knew there were two linemen in his face ready to snatch it away. So he instinctively spun around, got a solid handle on the ball, and the rest is football comedy. Ah, Pat.
  24. Jets | Beating Mediocre Teams - from www.KFFL.com Mon, 6 Dec 2004 20:07:57 -0800 J. Michael Moore, of HoustonTexans.com, reports the New York Jets have beaten only one team with a winning record thus far this season.
