  1. no way. Mid rounder at best. 8-8, 9-7, something like that.
  2. Damn, the Giants added Sir Henry Anderson from Oregon State. I think he'll make the team and become a player in a few years. He was the other guy I hoped we'd sign besides Anwar Phillips (who signed with New Orleans).
  3. I agree that is my prediction as well. The way I see it, is Taylor would not be a good American Idol but he does however have a future in music. I picture him as the next Jimmy Buffett. He may not have any hit cd's or success on the "charts" but he will be able to tour the county and have a large cult following ala Buffett, Phish, Widespread Panic etc... He already has his own "parrotheads" with the Soul Patrol and he is a fun entertainer to watch with all of his antics on stage. I believe he has the charisma to be very successful in this kind of role.

  5. Great statement. He's not just adding name players to make a splash in the headlines. Levy seems to have a consistant plan in mind with each of these additions. McNair was a very good player but adding him to our roster would be taking a step backwords. Just say no...
  6. Allen definitely has to be considered an injury risk until he proves otherwise.
  7. Amen, I loved her second performance. I had never heard the song before but I liked her version. I also liked the way she looked while she sang. I noticed that Simon apologized for dissing her last week, I thought she did better than they said. I think Paris is finally gone...
  8. He said we reached into the future for this pick.
  9. I like what Pat Kirwin said about Peter Warrick at number 4 to the Bengals. He is like Jerry Rice in his on-field performances. In the next few years, he and QB Akili Smith (last year's first-round pick) could team up like Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison have. This is why I disregard what the "experts" say.
  10. Peter King gave us a B+. He loved the Corey Moore pick. 5th best in the league. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/inside_ga...4/16/king_mmqb/ 5. Buffalo. Pick 89 overall, Corey Moore, will be one of those classic Bills picks (they always get a very good player after the first round, every year), the kind of player GMs will regret passing on.
  11. I love this one: BUFFALO RB Travis Henry. He indeed has second-round talent, but is he really an upgrade over what the Bills already have? Sammy Morris and Shawn Bryson could keep Henry on the bench as a rookie. He proved 'em wrong for a little while.
  12. That's what I tend to believe as well. This board would have gone crazy, even more than it did, because a lot of the fans wanted Huff.
  13. Everyone is looking for the next Antonio Gates. This is such a copy cat league...
  14. "This is all a good story," Rams coach Scott Linehan said. "I hope he's a good running back." I'm glad they did their research before they signed him. Kinda sounds like a publicity stunt to me.
  15. if Huff had been on the board at #8. My initial guess is to say no but Whitner claims Buffalo told him they would take him if D'Brickashaw was off the board. We would have been second guessed even more if this would have happened.
  16. Please please please give us Anwar Phillips, the Penn State CB. I think he'll be a great player in this league in 1-2 years.
  17. Oh, I will not forget, I will call out the nay sayers, one by one... Actually, the mob mentality on draft day was pretty hilarious. The more the so call experts bashed the Bills the more the so called fans were coming out of the wordwork preaching gloom and doom. Kind of funny how things calmed down once the critics started backing off.
  18. Judging the players that we got, not neccesarily hwen we got them, I give us a B. We have greatly improved our D in my opinion and is a good start. B+ or higher would have required a better OL pick but all in all I'm pretty happy.
  19. I'll add Anwar Phillips, the Penn State CB. I thought he would get drafted. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/2006/phillips_anwar
  20. Matt Bernstein is out there but I'm not sure about him. I like Sir Henry Anderson - and for more than just his name. A good sized decent DT from Oregon State. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/2006/anderson_sir-henry
