  1. I agree. We can easily fit him under the cap. We need him fully gruntled.
  2. Some QB's have charsima others have poise but only G Hamdan can give you the Chroise. by the way, please stop posting, you are at the perfect number.
  3. I don't agree with this statement. The only time I have believed that to be true in recent history was Pat Williams. Other than that, the decidion not to sign players has been based more on having other options available at the same position, not trying to save money. Besides Williams, what players do you think were released or not re-signed to save money that were bad decisions? Spikes, Clemens, Henry, Fletcher? There were other resons besides money to move away from these guys.
  4. He got a job as a painter with his friend Laurel and then the hilarity ensued. Lots of ladder being swung around, paint cans flying through the air, it's too bad you missed it.
  5. Per your sig, is Wendling practice squad eligible?
  6. I second Meehans. Good food beer scenery etc...
  7. Atlanta. Actually my estimates might be low.
  8. Actually that is going to be pretty heavy especially during rush hours. 7-9, 3-6 ish, just give yourself a little extra time. My office is in the perimeter area. (right by the perimeter mall) Where is your class? Lots of nice restaurants in the area, Joey D's, Flemings, Cheesecake Factory (at the mall) Chequers, and then the chains like Outback, Taco Mac, etc.. Feel free to pm me and I'll be happy to give you more info.
  9. I felt this way as well. I would love for my son to play QB when he is old enough (he's 6 now) so I always tell him to watch how Brady plays the position. That being said, it is pretty damn easy to look good when you know what the defense is doing. He is still a good QB but I am starting to have my doubts about his legacy. Not being a hater, just not sure what to believe...
  10. Don't know if Vince is gay but the guy next to him in the black and white hat sure seems to be. No big deal, my guess is 10-15% of NFL players are gay. That is the world we live in. Hell of an athlete though...
  11. Seriously, you will never be able to brag again about how great your team was the past decade or so because everyone now knows that they cheated and so do you. Everytime one of you smug Patsy* fans tries to brag about undefeated seasons or Superbowl victories, we will all just remind you that they had to cheat to do it. You are now in the same league as Bonds, McGuire, Clemens, Canseco, et al. Great accomplishments but forever tarnished by scandal. Congratulations. Now move along please.
  12. They used the electronic equipment to understand what the signs meant. That is illegal.
  13. I thought so too. I am suprised this hasn't been a bigger issue yet. This means they used the information from the tapes in games. They even practiced it in the pre-season games.
  14. He was bribed, threatened or both to make his "evidence" line up with the Pats* story. That's why it took so long for him to agree to speak.
  15. Damn, Jordy Nelson looked good in a few of the other clips out there. I think he's gonna be a hell of a player. Nice block by Fine btw.
  16. and he could block on passing downs. It was time for him to move on though...
  17. Keep in mind the poster did not just pull this criticism out of the air. He was watching a replay of the Bengals game and reacted to it much like many of the posters do here after a game. I am hopeful that Kelsay continues to improve and is the player he has shown he is capable of being in flashes the last couple of seasons.
  18. I was about to say the exact opposite. I like your version better.
  19. He blocked for Lynch as well? I say heck yeah, draft him in the first round.
  20. Good call! Thank you. I forgot about that one.
  21. Those are good quotes but not quite descriptors of events like "Miracle on ice", "the shot" "the catch" "the shot heard round the world" etc...
  22. I was thinking; we have "wide right" "music city miracle" "no goal", a bunch of negative sports catch phrases. Other franchises have "the drive" "immaculate reception" etc. a bunch of positive sports phrases. Are there any tag lines in Buffalo sports that are positive events? I can't think of one. Anyone have one?
