  1. Lol, hopefully he still thinks she's a good woman.
  2. Actually, I was watching one of the national shows last night, and when they talked about our game, one of them asked about replacing Smith. The main guy (can't remember who) said "that would be even worse than what the Bills did. The Chiefs would be stupid to replace Alex Smith with a rookie, he is not their problem right now"
  3. We DID improve the position of ONE of our first rounders today.
  4. Maybe he wants us to cut Benjamin so Carolina can have him back? Cale is a closet Panthers fan?
  5. I have to believe he will get less than he thought he would before this season started.
  6. none of them have ever been in my kitchen
  7. We need Benjamin, Glenn and the other O lineman back asap. No rush on Tolbert IMO because Cadet looked good filling in when Shady rested.
  8. I guess, but didn't he also give up a strip sack? Just a more aggressive version of himself. LOL.
  9. Out of curiosity, isn't the best way to show him that by giving him another start? That being said, I hope Tyrod takes this like Alex Smith does (with Mahomes waiting in the wings) and starts being a bit less conservative and looking down field more.
  10. Even though Prescott came in due to an injury, there was still a lot of people second guessing the move and predicting complete failure. Many still blamed the lack of post season success on the decision to play Prescott over Romo. The biggest difference is that Prescott succeeded for the most part and Peterman had 5 picks in the first half. If Peterman had performed better, McDermott would be hailed as a bold genius and the media would stop the "I told you so" rants. There is still a chance this could happen if he came in and had success going forward, but the risk becomes greater each time he struggles and eventually outweighs the reward.
  11. I definitely did. I think losing Benjamin affected the whole team. Of course, we will never know what could have been...
  12. Yeah, I voted that Peterman will start, not necessarily because I think that he gives us a better chance to win, but rather that MCDermott made the decision to start him because of something he saw or hoped to see and I would be surprised if he gave up on that conviction this quickly.
  13. Well there's your problem right there. You're supposed to drink during the games. It makes everything a little more tolerable.
  14. Oh man, this place will go even crazier than it already is.
  15. I was fully expecting much more out of Peterman than we saw yesterday, that's for sure. When he had that nice pass to Benjamin, I was getting excited, and then it all came crashing down. I was not calling for Tyrod to be replaced, but when the decision was made, I was hoping for a more consistent passing attack to our receivers. That is obviously not how things went. I still think Peterman may be a decent QB at some point, but I am afraid that he may not be able to bounce back from that performance anytime soon.
  16. Lebatard was all over this today too. Said we were forcing a back man to run a white mans offense rather than taking the time to install a "black QB offense". The comments were so stupid I could not believe he was being serious. (but he was)
  17. Is the Hauschka injury new? Don't remember him having a hip injury...
  18. Any update on Zay yet? He and Peterman looked good together early on.
  19. I hope Zay is back this week. He and Peterman have good chemistry.
  20. I honestly don't get it. What's a LEENGEND and who is that in the top picture?
  21. If he is a mediocre backup then wouldn't he be even more likely to lose than Tyrod? I love this news. Now we can see what we have in Peterman, if anything, prior to the draft. Oh, and if by chance he DOES succeed? Bonus!
