  1. If this team was different they would have never lost back to back games to the Dolphins and the Jets. That is what I'm basing my opinion on. If they had won one of those games I'd feel like the Bills would play tough today. Them losing those games told me that they are a bunch of pushovers for the Patriots. I'll be glad if I'm wrong.
  2. So you think that the Buffalo Bills are going to go into Foxboro and play the Patriots as tough as nails today? I'm not even going to ask you to "prove your fandom" and say they'll win. There's absolutely no ground to stand on that can back that belief up over the last ten years of this rivalry, but hey, I'm clearly not a Bills fan unless I suspend ALL of my football sensibilities. Sorry, but being a fan of a team doesn't mean you must check your brains at the door. Let's all go on record. I think that the Bills are going to look predictably weak against the Patriots and lay another AFC East Divisional egg today. Who else here thinks (like Steely and Sage), that the Bills are going to be tough, play hard, and take it to the Pats today?
  3. Thank you. Time for the bullsh!t talk to end. Prove to us fans that you're not a collection of 53 wimps this weekend in Foxboro. Who here actually thinks that the Bills are going to play the Patriots tough???? There's probably a few, but I'm sure that the overwhelming majority think the Bills will play like wusses. That's very sad when you consider that the Patriots no longer have Tom Brady, the Bills own a 5-3 record and they are playing their most hated division rival over the last decade. Their own fans think that they will play soft given these incredible circumstances. It's unbelievable but true. Maybe there's a small sliver of a chance that they grow balls and take it to the Patriots. That's the only thread of hope we all have tuning in on Sunday. Hey Buffalo, here's your one and only shot this season to prove you're not a bunch of wusses. BTW, Dick Jauron shouldn't bother coming back to Buffalo if they get their asses kicked this weekend.
  4. Yes, they can kick my ass. However, they don't get paid professionally to kick my ass, they're paid to try and kick opposing professional football player's asses. On this "professional" level they have become a sad and feeble bunch of wusses.
  5. What a bunch of posers and pansies this team has. What's worse is that we all know that they're about to get their collective asses handed to them by a bunch of old geazers up in New England. The Bills will no doubt play like they're scared to death of them and lose by at least a couple of two touchdowns, you just know that's what's going to happen this Sunday. I saw a post here today of someone who's afraid of Wes Welker, the problem is that our team is probably afraid of the likes of Wes Welker too! We root for a bunch of damn wusses. I give them no shot of beating the Patriots. Go ahead and prove I'm wrong you posers.
  6. I was torn to pieces here this past offseason for my brutal criticisms of Dick Jauron. Then the season came and I was truly amazed at the early successes and gave him a ton of credit for the team's 5-1 record. Losing to the Dolphins and the Jets has wiped that all away. THAT'S how bad those losses were. His only redemption for those losses is for the Bills to beat the Patriots at Foxboro. He put himself in this position with this team's total lack of enthusiasm playing against divisional rivals Dolphins and Jets. As I posted this past Monday, he needs to PROVE himself worthy of that extention this Sunday. He's begging to be fired if this team doesn't make the playoffs.
  7. Which is two grades higher than you! BTW, Obama's thin skin would have never survived the slings and arrows that Sara Palin received.
  8. I was a democrat until the party was hijacked by the far left loonies these past few years like Howard Dean, Pelosi, Reid, Obama. I'm very much a moderate person and John McCain was the clear choice for someone like me. Bush was a disaster in many areas but the one thing he did do right is keep this country safe from attacks since 911. With McCain we would have had both security and a man who cares and is willing to fight and work hard for what he believes in. Bush always struck me as someone who didn't want to do the hard work. What's amazing and inspiring is the energy John McCain put forth for a man of any age let alone someone in their 70's. Here's to the hope that Obama puts that kind of effort into his new job.
  9. Maybe John McCain should have tried Obama's collection of gimmicks... 1. Lie. Go back on his word regarding campaign financing. 2. Welfare. Buy votes in the from of $500 of "free" money to the 40 million Americans who don't pay taxes. 3. Deception. Promise not to raise taxes for those below $250,000 while promising $750,000,000,000 in new governmental programs.
  10. My heart broke for John McCain last night. True blue American hero. One of the few "good" guys in Washington. You could tell the loss hurt him deeply. 47 million was a very good number considering the forces he was up against...Bush's low approval, Obama mass-hysteria, collapse of the economy, a 4 to 1 disadvantage in campaign funds and the shameful biased behavior of the main stream media. We still love you John!
  11. ...Rednecks". So who wins? I'm rooting for the rednecks, but I think the hippies are going to be doing their little twirl dances banging on those annoying tambourines tonight.
  12. Provide a link. I find it hard to buy into YOUR assertions proclaiming it being a "horrible ad, which all but calls Obama a terrorist". What, are we supposed to trust you and your unbiased assertions?
  13. The only problem with that is the young voters think they'll be able to "text" their votes in... http://www.americanidol.com/
  14. Is talking derisively behind the backs of Pennsylvanians in San Francisco ok? Is investigating an American citizen that dared to ask a Presidential candidate a question ok? How about throwing the reporters of every major newspaper off of a Presidential candidate's plane that endorsed the other guy? Is that ok in your book? How about the lie about never hearing Wright's hate speeches after twenty years? Or lying about believing Ayers was repentant and rehabilitated? The very liberal Acorn hasn't been too subtle in it's attempts to subvert this election. But that's ok with you, right? What about the embarrassing biased main stream media's refusal to do their jobs and report on Obama's very radical connections? Is that ok? Please spare us the high and mighty act.
  15. Very similar indeed! The Bills' reversal of fortune these last two games has been as abrupt as sticking your head in a bucket full of ice water. Regardless of their 5-3 record, they are now clearly the worst team in this division. They aren't as good as the Jets, they aren't as good as the Dolphins, and they certainly aren't as good as the Patriots. They are a bunch of (as someone here today put it so perfectly) posers. Counterfeit Bills. They're frauds. Heartless. Gutless. That is what they will be hearing all this week and next Sunday. Don't like it? Tough, prove us all wrong. Stop going backwards. Stop embarrassing yourselves. Make a stand. Beat the Patriots in Foxborough. For Bills fans like us, that's how we see this week. I'm sure there are many more fans here who don't want to hear one more single solitary excuse being made for this team. There's your season Buffalo, either beat the Patriots or confirm every horrible and mean thing that'll be written and said about you this week.
  16. The problem is that their effort the past six quarters has been embarrassing against their AFC East divisional opponents no less. They get no break from me for that reason alone.
  17. Unfortunately for us fans, our pansies can't tackle because they have soft petals for hands.
  18. Starting with head coach Dick Jauron. You've just signed a contract extension and your team has looked as enthused about playing football as a trip to the dentist office. You want redemption from the tsunami of criticisms coming your way this week? Prove that you were worth the contract extension, beat the Patriots. Next up Trent Edwards. You recently have been dubbed the next great golden-armed QB of the Buffalo Bills. Since then you have looked like one of the stupidest QBs to ever wear the uniform. Again, you want redemption from the tsunami of criticisms coming your way this week? Prove that you are what we all believed you were, beat the Patriots. Marshawn Lynch. Yes, I'm calling out Lynch. You need to overcome whatever it is that's preventing you from being the back we all thought you were. You know, the kind of star back that can actually reach triple digits in yards gained. Barry Sanders never had a good offensive line, Walter Payton never had a good offensive line. They overcame it. You always look like your playing hard, but the point is to avoid would be tacklers, not dance around and fall into a pile. Are you as good as we thought? Are you truly a beast? Prove it, make running for 100 yards your goal next week, beat the Patriots while you're at it. The defense. You all play like a bunch of pansies. Your manhood has been taken away until further notice. I'll repeat my previous comments, you want redemption from the tsunami of criticisms coming your way this week? Prove we are not watching 11 pansies on the field, beat the Patriots. Leodis McKelvin. You suck as a kick returner and a part-time corner back. Am I wrong? Prove it, show us all why we didn't waste a pick on your sorry ass, return one for a touchdown, beat the Patriots.
  19. Has an NFL coach ever been fired in the same year he was given an extension?
  20. The Jets are NO DOUBT planning to take the crowd out of the game very early. You can bet that the Jets will go deep in one of their first few plays. The Jets obviously now know that Favre throws interceptions and will not really care all that much if one happens so early in a game. Let's just all hope and pray that the Bills are ready unlike last weeks when Chad Pennington connected on a deep pass to send a shot to the Bills collective guts so early in that game. I'm very interested to see how this team plays this week after that lackluster effort in Miami.
  21. That's from a MSM news source. Could it be that they're finally getting religion, worried that their stomach-turning fawning will be to blame for Obama being elected? Someone should tell those jackasses that it's much too late. MSM's credibility (of whatever it had left) officially died this Presidential election. "Hope" your lying radical socialist was worth it.
  22. I find it funny that you actually believe a word that comes out of Obama's mouth. He's lying to you. If he sticks by that tax "plan" he is going to skyrocket the national debt. He's going to raise taxes on the middleclass once he's elected. If not his first year, he most certainly will the final three. You need to get your head out of the clouds and come the realization Obama's completely full of s**t.
  23. It was a waste of money. You don't hype something that much and deliver so little. It was 30 minutes of...hey, look at this poor guy over here...hey, look at that poor guy over there...vote for me. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  24. If I were him I'd have had Obama in the den of that log cabin (with a roaring fire of course) in a discussion with both Clintons talking about how Obama would make the health care plan work, Warren Buffett talking about how Obama's economic policies would work and Colin Powell talking about how Obama would lead the nation's foreign affairs. Then to spice it up, I'd have Joe Biden outside banging on the windows screaming "Gird your loins! Gird your loins!" That was boring.
  25. Correct, wingnuts like me and cult followers like you were not the target audience. His target audience was of course the undecided voters who proceeded to fall asleep after the first five minutes of the commercial. Like I said, a waste of an enormous amount of money. Much like what will happen to our tax dollars if he's elected.
