  1. Be patient kid..... Let Willis do his thing When you get a shot, look for Evans. NO TURNOVERS!
  2. The Bills don't have the talent to challenge this team. The Pats have good players and established systems on both sides of the ball. I cringe whenever I hear people talk about moral victories but if the Bills play hard for 60 minutes and make a game of it I'd call that a step forward from last year.
  3. beer hot Italian sausage and peppers beer hot wings beer beer and then some beer
  4. I remember waaaay back in the day, Genny Cream wasn't bad. I moved away and hadn't had in years until I made it back to Hamburg for my family's 4th of July picnic, had a GC and almost barfed on the spot. My cousin told me Genny got bought out by a larger company and the quality went to hell in a hand basket. Too bad....Well you still got wings, beef on 'wick and fried baloney sandwiches.
  5. The way I see it now: Sept. 10 @ New England L (Pats are too much for a young team) Sept. 17 @ Miami L (Bills D wears down late) Sept. 24 NY Jets W (If we can't beat the Jets at home....) Oct. 1 Minnesota L (Turnovers hurt the Bills and the Vikes steal one) Oct. 8 @ Chicago L (Bears win 6 to 3) Oct. 15 @ Detroit W (One of the few teams with less talent than the Bills) Oct. 22 New England L (It's closer than 9/10, but still a loss) Nov. 5 Green Bay W (Bills win a close one.) Nov. 12 @ Indianapolis L (Oh man, and you thought openning day was ugly...) Nov. 19 @ Houston W (Moulds looks old...Bills play their best game) Nov. 26 Jacksonville L (Jags have something to play for) Dec. 3 San Diego L (ditto for the Bolts) Dec. 10 @ NY Jets W (Jets make it close but Bills pull it out) Dec. 17 Miami W (Call it a hunch....It'll be cold and the crowd will help) Dec. 24 Tennessee W (Both teams running for the bus but the Bills have the edge) Dec. 31 @ Baltimore L (Ravens making a run for the playoffs, Bills picking up the pieces) 7-9 in a rebuilding year. Bills end the year needing another DT and a new QB (color Nate gone as well...)
  6. I hope I'm wrong..... I am not convinced that this D can stop the run or pressure the QB consistently enough to seriously challenge the Patriots. Brady will play catch with his TE's and WR all day long. Lots of quick drops and short passes. They'll get the rushing yards they need to keep the chains moving. The Bills O will be behind all day and JP will have to hit big plays downfield to keep it close. I see sacks and picks as a result. We have seen this all before. Pats 31 Bills 10. This team will get better as the year goes on. They aren't ready for the Pats Prove me wrong and I'll be walking on air Monday morning.
  7. Somebody needs to teach WM how to either wrap that rascal or just keep it dry What is with these guys?
  8. but spelled Raymond Luxury Yacht..... Monday morning Monte Python ref...It's gonna be a long week.
  9. Dude Don't over think it. Were not building a rocketship.
  10. The sound of that bitchslap should echo for awhile!
  11. Who said anything about baseball? (Golf!?!? Why not mention needlepoint?) BTW there is no clock in baseball brainiac, the pace of game is decided by the players, you should watch a game sometime. Soccer players aren't over paid? Check the payroll of ManUnited and try again... So you're one rant down and soccer STILL sucks. and !@#$ you too EuroTrash.
  12. Oh please..... Yes, I know they are great athletes (so are ballet dancers) and the game requires discipline and teamwork BUT it is just flat DULL!!!!! These soccer kooks who retort that those of us who call Bullsh*t on the "beautiful game" do so because we lack the sophistication to appreciate the "subtlety and artistry" displayed on the pitch make me tired all over. All the diving ("ewewww I'm hurt, someone bring me a tissue") and time wasting foolery are too much. The World Cup is OK as a spectacle I suppose but the bottom line is soccer sucks, always has, always will.
  13. Sounds crazy but I am more optimistic about the Bills chances v. Pats this game than I was for the first game at RWS. 1. Bills have an offensive identity now. Run first is the Bills style of play not a pipedream. Evans has emerged as a deep threat and Bledsoe's game has gotten better as the running game has improved. They know what they are trying to do offensively. 2. ST have gotten better and we finally have a kick returner who can generate good field position. 3. The D gives the Bills a chance to win every game and Milloy is back. IF the Bills do not turn over the ball, are efficient in the run game (i.e. pick up 3rd and 2), take advantage of the Pats nicked up secondary with a few big plays downfield, and IF the D contains Dillion (like they did last time) they can win this game. HEART: Bills 17 Pats 16 HEAD: Pats 24, Bills 17 Brady will win this game for the Pats.
  14. I love this guy! W should send him a nice big fruit basket. Yeah good idea Mr. Moore you just keep it up. I'm telling you, his BS helped push up Republican turnout more than anything that Karl Rove did. Take a good long look folks.....That is the REAL face of hate and he and his pals just got their collective buts kicked.
  15. Well...maybe. His choice for running mate was a calculated one. Kerry and Gephardt did not see eye to eye on a number of issues - like free trade. This no doubt caused a bit of friction between them. Besides, the unions were getting in line for Kerry anyway and their electoral calculus wasn't hinged on MO. That said, I always felt that Edwards was an odd choice for VP. The only thing he seemed to bring to the ticket was eyewash. His 'breck girl' image didn't play well in the South. I mean, the guy couldn't even deliver his own COUNTY, let alone his home state. Besides if Clinton could not bring home Arkansas and Gore could not help with Tennesse what makes it such a lead pipe lock that Gephardt could hand over MO? Kerry's REAL problem was his inability to control or distance himself from the crazies in his party. EX: Michael Moore's propaganda helped 'gin up as much anger (and turnout) on the Right as it did on the Left.
  16. hmmmmmmm Is Travis trade bait yet? If WM is 'starting' in place of a 'health' Travis Henry you have to wonder how long it will be before Henry is put on the block. TD must realize that he needs to get back into the 1st round of the next draft (Our screaming need for interior Oline help cannot be ignored for another year). We are on pace to hand the Cowboys a top 5 pick for JP..... BTW I am glad to see Jennings is holding up so well! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: He has not played a full season yet. A starting LT who spends most of his time on the trainer's table and in the hot tub (during his contract year).....whataplayer..... Draft a Center, move Teague to LT and tell this slug goodbye.
  17. What have we learned Comrades? Drew is not the QB for this team. This Oline cannot protect him and without more mobility at the QB position this O will never get us anywhere. Start JP the minute he is healthy. What kind of cap hit will the Bills take if Bledsoe is released at the end of the year?
  18. True, Pats Fans are mostly drunks and bandwagon jumpers but the Sox in the World Series is a BIG deal. This should be a great series.
  19. I'd like to see Willis get the start. I know that Miami is a bad team but I have to say I was VERY impressed with the kid last week. I loved that stiff arm he gave Edwards (BTW Edwards is a big Safety) he just tossed him like a rag doll. I know he is not 100% but he I love what he showed us. Do it a few weeks in a row and I might even admit TD was right to have drafted him. He doesn't look like a step down from an injured Travis Henry. This will be a good test for our O-line this week. This is a winnable game.
  20. Reminds me of the line from "Major League" "Nice catch Hayes [spikes]. Don't ever f*cking do it again!"
  21. Gee....what a surprise..... :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: When are we going to realize that Jennings is an injury prone guard playing out of position. He should have signed the contract extension while he had the chance. He has not finished a full season yet. Another slug taking up space on the OLine.
