My guess would be an incomplete pass, unless there is an clear indication that he has possession of the ball crossing the goal line BEFORE he goes out of bounds with the second foot. Just a guess

A few Bills players aren't the only ones glad to to see him go. He's most likely a good guy/person, but in Buffalo we need a leader/coach to find away to get back to where we were in the early 90's. -
That suprised me that they didn't take a look at that play. At least they could have looked at it. But Seattle clock management that drive was not up to their usual standards. I'm also suprised Mike H's offense didn't have a shotgun.

Agreed 100%. He's a great player and thats the end of it. I doubt the Seahawks won't resign this guy. This guy is simply an outstanding guard. I think I would rather have Hutch then Bentley to tell you truth. One or the other would be an upgrade and a huge boost.

Well if anything, my guess is that the officiating crew from last nights game will not be doing the super bowl next season.

Seattle 30- Pittsburgh 13 If history has a way of repeating itself, Pittsburgh will lose. Pittsburgh was very fortunate to win the game against Indi. Destiny? That's what they said about our beloved Bills a few times. If Pitt does win, then maybe the Bills are an exception to the rule and once again it will hurt that much more like every other day.

Good site to bet on the game on the net?

Agreed, Bodog is pretty reliable. -
You want something to worry about?

They will get it right. I don't think they want another situation where there would be a strike. Hopefully Paul Tagliabue and his staff will make sure that there is a salary cap each and every year. -

That's right. I'd like to see him play when we have 2 DT's that are awesome. Ngata has a chance to be there at #8. I think we have to strongly consider that. -
For the most part that is true. For some inspiration while you're feeling good, turn it to the Bills vs. Oilers game. That will make you feel even better

How I would approach the 2006 offseason
BB2004 replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Simon- I agree with half of your aprroach. While I like what you've done with the draft and Nate Clements for the most part, I think getting new coaches here and keeping some true veterans on this team is better than some of the moves you've made. While the board might be split on Moulds, I am for him staying due to the fact that Lee Evans hasn't established himself as a #1 guy yet. With Moulds, at least that will take the pressure off of Evans a little bit in 2006. Second, Mike Williams is going to have to take the maximum paycut just to stay with us. If that happens, then put him in at RT and Chris Villarial can play RG. I agree with your Bentley signing, but if we don't get him then we need to consider Preston coming in there and starting at C. LT needs to be upgraded with the first or second pick in the draft. I guess Gandy would win by default then at LG, but I would rather have him as our primary backup tackle. The upper management and coaching needed to go and this was the appropriate time. While it was fine to have a year of rebuilding in 2001, 2002 brought more optimism. 2003 started well, but ended badly and we know what happened in 2004 with the 9-7 record. 2005 was almost like 2001, but we had more veterans on our team this past year. Bottom line was, TD and MM had an opportunity to turn it around and didn't get it done. When that happens in this business,as you know, you are going to get fired. Ralph made what I think was the appropriate decision. -
DT/NT We have one on payroll!
BB2004 replied to millstone twnsp nj bills fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
First we have to be keeping him at a reduced contract, that is if we decide to keep him. Then, we have to ask him if he wants to play that position, and I don't think that would work. They tried him out at LG last year for a game and that didn't work. Personally, if they want to give him another chance at a reduced pay at RT, I'm for it. When he was run blocking, I'm not sure that there was anyone better on our team. -

Wow, dropping 8 people into coverage and getting hurt? I agree it's not right at all, but apparently they had a plan and it worked. -
I don't think a guy of that calibre is going to want to backup Willis. Willis is our guy. Shaud Williams seems more of a third down back on passing downs. A backup would be nice, but not Jamal. I would wait till the draft or wait until the 1st of June.

Two sides to every story. This is no exception. Eric has done a lot for this team and I think having him here will help.

The Chicago Bears select Leonard Pope TE- Georgia

How do you figure the refs are worse in the NFL than in college?
-
Good link. If we have to cut a player, I honestly would say Jeff Posey. If we are redoing our DL which I think we are, you could add Sam Adams to that as well. Mike Williams needs to redue his contract. If he does, will anyone know what the cap figure will look like if he takes a maximum aloud paycut?
-
Ngata, Ferguson or Willaims. If none are available, trade down.
-
Good looking girl. Maybe it will help his game. He'll be ready for the super bowl.
-
Absolutley agree, that is if we can get Ted Washington. Hopefully we can, then draft Gabe Watson possibly in the second round, and let him settle into the position so next year he can start.

All of that is true. However, what separtes the good from the great is the mind. I certainly don't have it, hopefully I will get there. Many of us don't have the mind to compete at our top level when the pressure is on. The ones that do are fortunate in my opinion. I'm sure that there is a way to get to that level where you can block everything out and make the key play in the most pressure packed situation. How do you do that? I have no idea. -

Ngata, but if Nate Clements does not resign, I'm going with Jimmy Williams from VT. -
Nate deserves one more chance as far as I'm concerned. I thought his play this year wasn't as good as last year, but everyone deserves a second chance.

OK- Realistically who could the Bills Bring IN
BB2004 replied to Poeticlaw's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's an interesting point, but I think that Brad Johnson will be starting next season for the Vikings.
