  1. That would be ideal for the Bills.
  2. On number 1, I don't think so. We still to find out if JP's the guy. On number 2, absolutley. If D-Brick is there at our pick we need to take him before we take Ngata. The offensive line is a little more of a priority than the defensive line in my opinion. On number 3, Ngata seems like he's a natural run stuffer. I've heard he's getting a lot of comparisons to Vince Wolfork of the New England Patriots.
  3. Marv's trying make sure that we will contiune to stay ahead of the game. He's not waiting till the last second to release players. He wants to get it done right away so he can continue to evaluate. As far as the Moulds situation is concerned, I'm hoping that Eric can meet one on one with Marv so they can get something worked out. As of now we are under the cap.
  4. Makes sense for Travis. Plus the Titans still have a solid backup at RB.
  5. Peters won't be going to the left side. But that line you made looks good.
  6. You're correct except if we draft another RB in the first round.
  7. And what do you think now that Adams and Milloy have been cut?
  8. Sometimes the truth hurts
  9. With your improvements it does look about 3-5 wins better. With this roster we could be competitive but a lot of things have to happen. Number 1 on that list will be the play and leadership of JP Losman.
  10. The roster you have after the cuts looks similar to the team we had in 2001 when we went 3-13 with Rob Johnson as our quaterback but with a better overall defense. It's painful but true.
  11. Good. Now it's on to restructuring the contract of Eric Moulds.
  12. I agree with that, but the only way we'll get him is if we trade up. The Packers or Raiders will almost for sure make him their first selection.
  13. This was a smart move by the Bills organization. They are putting the ball in Nate C's court, so ultimately the decision is up to him what he wants to do. The Bills will make a fair price to sign him long term. If he doesn't like the offer, he can play here in 2006 for the year and go to free agency next year.
  14. If it works out like that, I wouldn't mind moving up one spot to get Ferguson even if we have to trade the extra 3rd rounder away to the 49ers.
  15. I'm still sticking to my original thought. Nick Mangold center from the National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes in the second round. If the price is more than 5 million per year for Bentley, I'm not sure it's worth it in the long run.
  16. The Ty Warren pick was basically for Drew Bledsoe, but you are right, the empahsis on Lineman definitely shows for the 3 time champions of the 21st century.
  17. Although you could be right, Minnesota's defense was below average 2005 in the big ten. If you were to tell me that Lawrence Maroney is going to be a player, I would agree with you.
  18. Disagree. Moulds is still a quality player who continues to make solid plays. Last year he wasn't in the right system. Now he has a new coach and new GM. Making Moulds and Lee Evans your #1 and #2 wide receivers is very good heading into the season.
  19. I still think the number one thing this team needs to focus on is getting the offensive line fixed. If that happens, I agree with your post 100%.
  20. I think cutting Moulds is a bad idea. Restructuring his contract would help the everyone. Moulds is still a quality player.
  21. That's right. Have to start at the OL which needs improvement. If Ferguson is there at #8, and Nick Mangold is there in the second round, I think these two would be good picks for the Bills. A DT pick up in free agency might be a good idea. Ryan Pickett and hopefully Ted Washington would be good options.
  22. At specific times the wide receivers that TD took in the draft were highly regarded in college. Some of those picks weren't needs for our team and eventually it cost the Bills. I think Marv will do what he can to keep Moulds in Buffalo.
  23. I think that looks good.
  24. Somehow I think this looks realistic except for the part about the Jets. If the Pennington is going to be fine I think they will take Ferguson at #4. If SI's draft works out is it really possible that the 49ers will take Ferguson?
  25. That's right, and hopefully we will.
