  1. Good. Now it's on to restructuring the contract of Eric Moulds.
  2. I agree with that, but the only way we'll get him is if we trade up. The Packers or Raiders will almost for sure make him their first selection.
  3. This was a smart move by the Bills organization. They are putting the ball in Nate C's court, so ultimately the decision is up to him what he wants to do. The Bills will make a fair price to sign him long term. If he doesn't like the offer, he can play here in 2006 for the year and go to free agency next year.
  4. If it works out like that, I wouldn't mind moving up one spot to get Ferguson even if we have to trade the extra 3rd rounder away to the 49ers.
  5. I'm still sticking to my original thought. Nick Mangold center from the National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes in the second round. If the price is more than 5 million per year for Bentley, I'm not sure it's worth it in the long run.
  6. The Ty Warren pick was basically for Drew Bledsoe, but you are right, the empahsis on Lineman definitely shows for the 3 time champions of the 21st century.
  7. Although you could be right, Minnesota's defense was below average 2005 in the big ten. If you were to tell me that Lawrence Maroney is going to be a player, I would agree with you.
  8. Disagree. Moulds is still a quality player who continues to make solid plays. Last year he wasn't in the right system. Now he has a new coach and new GM. Making Moulds and Lee Evans your #1 and #2 wide receivers is very good heading into the season.
  9. I still think the number one thing this team needs to focus on is getting the offensive line fixed. If that happens, I agree with your post 100%.
  10. I think cutting Moulds is a bad idea. Restructuring his contract would help the everyone. Moulds is still a quality player.
  11. That's right. Have to start at the OL which needs improvement. If Ferguson is there at #8, and Nick Mangold is there in the second round, I think these two would be good picks for the Bills. A DT pick up in free agency might be a good idea. Ryan Pickett and hopefully Ted Washington would be good options.
  12. At specific times the wide receivers that TD took in the draft were highly regarded in college. Some of those picks weren't needs for our team and eventually it cost the Bills. I think Marv will do what he can to keep Moulds in Buffalo.
  13. I think that looks good.
  14. Somehow I think this looks realistic except for the part about the Jets. If the Pennington is going to be fine I think they will take Ferguson at #4. If SI's draft works out is it really possible that the 49ers will take Ferguson?
  15. That's right, and hopefully we will.
  16. I agree, it would be great if for some reason Ferguson could fall to us at #8.
  17. I thought he was coming around the corner last year. He had a 34 yard run against Oakland in the later part of the season and he looked like he had some of that strength back.
  18. Letting these two walk is correct. They need fresh starts somewhere else, especially Josh Reed. Trey Teague will find a job with just about anyone, but probably as a backup. These two were TD's picks, and Marv has his own plan.
  19. There are some good upgrades in your offseason, but the offensive line still looks suspect. If Bentley is not going to sign with the Bills, I think it would be a good move to go after the Nick Mangold from Ohio State in the second round.
  20. I'd like to see JP get an offensive line that will block for him up front. If that happens and he's not making the right decisions then I think we have something to worry about.
  21. I'm guessing he'll go to the highest bidder.
  22. Some have mentioned Reggie Wayne. I wouldn't mind him. Joe Jurevicius is a hard working wide receiver but his chances of staying in Seattle are probably better than him coming to play in Buffalo.
  23. Agreed. Throw in Torry Holt in there as well.
  24. That's the main point of this article.
