  1. If for some reason AJ Hawk is there at #8, it would be hard to pass on a guy who plays the game like Chris Speilman. We know how good Chris was during his career.
  2. Was this draft made before Clements was franchised?
  3. From what I know about it, that is a very good story.
  4. Throw in Adam Vinateri on that list. I'd like to see him kicking field goals and extra points for Buffalo.
  5. We blitzed a lot last year which helped our sack totals. I'm not sure that the front four could get a consistent pass rush on the other teams OL for most of the season.
  6. Absolutely agree
  7. I'm not sure the Bills will get a chance at #8 to get Ngata. I think the Raiders might be the team to get him one pick before us. Also, if we trade down for some extra picks I would like to see us draft Center Nick Mangold in the 2nd round.
  8. I think if we are looking for impact right away, Vernon Davis or Michael Huff would be two players that very well could be there at #8. If we are looking long term, Ngata is our guy, however with the recent cut of Ted Washington, Ngata might go 7th to the Raiders.
  9. Where's Takeo on this list?
  10. I think if Moulds gets cut the two best guesses on where he will sign will be Phili or Minnesota. If he wants a super bowl right away maybe Seattle will make an offer for him.
  11. Well at least there's hope of signing Kevin Mawae
  12. Not the same type of player as Sam, but it would be nice to have Ted come back and finish his career here in Buffalo. We all understand that one of the main weaknesses last year was being able to stop the run. Ted can still do that.
  13. I thought he was going to replace Kelsay last year in the starting lineup, but I guess it didn't happen. If we resign him, could it happen this year?
  14. What if Soprano is right about this?
  15. That would be ideal for the Bills.
  16. On number 1, I don't think so. We still to find out if JP's the guy. On number 2, absolutley. If D-Brick is there at our pick we need to take him before we take Ngata. The offensive line is a little more of a priority than the defensive line in my opinion. On number 3, Ngata seems like he's a natural run stuffer. I've heard he's getting a lot of comparisons to Vince Wolfork of the New England Patriots.
  17. Marv's trying make sure that we will contiune to stay ahead of the game. He's not waiting till the last second to release players. He wants to get it done right away so he can continue to evaluate. As far as the Moulds situation is concerned, I'm hoping that Eric can meet one on one with Marv so they can get something worked out. As of now we are under the cap.
  18. Makes sense for Travis. Plus the Titans still have a solid backup at RB.
  19. Peters won't be going to the left side. But that line you made looks good.
  20. You're correct except if we draft another RB in the first round.
  21. And what do you think now that Adams and Milloy have been cut?
  22. Sometimes the truth hurts
  23. With your improvements it does look about 3-5 wins better. With this roster we could be competitive but a lot of things have to happen. Number 1 on that list will be the play and leadership of JP Losman.
  24. The roster you have after the cuts looks similar to the team we had in 2001 when we went 3-13 with Rob Johnson as our quaterback but with a better overall defense. It's painful but true.
