Cardinals still showing the “Hail Murray”
Mark Vader replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was a weird game. Josh Allen had a tough day. Interestingly enough, the Bills defense made several key stops in the 4th quarter to keep giving the Bills a chance. The Cardinals had chances to put the game out of reach in the 4th quarter, but they got stopped on a couple crucial 3rd downs. I remember Micah Hyde making a big stop. Then that last offensive drive in the waning minutes. Beasley with that ridiculous catch that was 5 feet over his head, then of course that gaudy touchdown pass to Diggs. Allen stepped up on that drive and delivered. Tough way to lose, but the Bills never lost another regular season game after that. -

Wow! Wasn't Notre Dame also trying to recruit Diggs as well? -
RD 5, pick 17 (161): Tommy Doyle, OT (Miami, OH)

Quinnen Williams out 8-10 weeks

I only care because I want to know when I can plan my road trip to go to a game. The whole "schedule reveal" being a 3 hour television special is silly. Speaking of which, what is the over/under on the schedule reveal show, on the amount of time that they will be talking about the Patriots* Vs. Buccaneers game? -

What was your worst take ever?

Bills related: I wanted Josh Rosen, but Josh Allen was my second choice. So I was satisfied with the pick. I was ecstatic when we traded up for Sammy Watkins. Didn't care what the price was, because we got the best WR in the draft. I thought that Marcel Dareus(why do people here continue to spell his last name wrong?) would be a mainstay on our defensive line for a long time and he would be one of the best D-linemen we've had in Bills history. NFL related: Didn't think much of Patrick Mahomes. Never thought he would be anything special. That being said, I don't regret trading down with the Chiefs in the 2017 draft. I thought that the NFL would show integrity by placing asterisk marks next to every Patriots* Super Bowl championship along with every players statistic who ever played while Bill Belichick was head coach, and that all potential Hall of Fame credentials would be nullified. -
Yes, you are alone. I admit that the spectacle that the draft has become is a bit silly. It's almost as big an event as the Super Bowl. That being said it is still fun to be there watching it and interacting with the fans. One thing I did love about the virtual draft is that picks were flowing and being announced at a steady pace, like it used to be. Having former players announce picks is fun, but there are too many doing it. It's fun when they let random fans announce the picks, but I would like to see that toned down a bit. No more zoo animals, magicians and Star Wars characters handing off the cards. Just announce the pick!

Gabriel Davis - Post TD Celebration
Mark Vader replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Until he hears the whistle. I saw Davis do that a couple times and I was worried that some smart@ss official would give him a "rookie call" by ruling an incomplete pass. -
I remember when it was released and you didn't know about it until you got the morning newspaper. I also remember that you didn't have to wait this long for the schedule to be announced. It's nice that the Bills are "in the conversation" for the Kickoff Game, but it's going to be Dallas. I just don't see the NFL or the networks wanting to start the season with an AFC Vs. NFC game.

People who feel openly superior to others in every possible way, simply because they went to an upper echelon school or have a job in the media or are entertainers in acting or music. People who feel they have the right to bully or threaten you simply because you don't agree with their cause or you won't donate to their charity. People who yell and chant for justice, when all they really want to do is destroy people's personal property, cause violence and rape towards others, just so they can get away with it. Patriots* fans.
