  1. I'm sure thousands of others across the universe are saying the exact same thing.
  2. I believe that for a planet to conceivably sustain life, it needs to be ~0.7-1.3 Astronomical Units (1AU=~93 million miles, or the distance from the sun to the earth) from a star about the size of our solar system's G2-class star.
  3. Worst non-musical move? Fisher Stevens (aka Steven Fisher, aka "DUMBASS") cheating on Michelle Pfeiffer.
  4. Peyton can't carry a team, just like Brady can't. It will take a TEAM effort. If not for his receivers getting raped last playoffs, and Edge fumbling twice on the goalline, the Colts would have beaten the Pats the last 2 times they played them. I'm hoping they've gotten it out of their system and Walt Coleman's crew will NOT be calling the game.
  5. Tim Anderson was a 3rd rounder, and he suited up a couple times.
  6. Lou Gramm and Foreigner.
  7. Further proof (along with Walt "the 54th Patriot" Coleman not working the game) that the NFL is no longer fixing things so the Pats win it all. And I hope that IF the field is messed up, several Patriots players are injured and lost for significant portions of next year. Having home field advantage does NOT mean you deliberately sabotage the actual field. Hell why not install mines and only tell the Pats players where they are? Fuggin' cheaters.
  8. Ge, the Pats cheating again? Couldn't be. In any case, the weather forecast at present has snow falling tomorrow, but temps in the mid-30's on Saturday and Sunday to melt whatever snow there might be. And the field will be hard, favoring the Pats. What I WOULD look out for is the Pats "accidentally" watering the field early Sunday morning.
  9. He should have run over the guy.
  10. "Women. Can't live with 'em...pass the beer nuts."
  11. Cheating is cheating, period. Whether you get away with it is another matter, but it's still cheating, no matter whether you're doing on your wife, taxes, exams, or in sports.
  12. Losman has a lot to prove, after breaking his leg and looking unimpressive in the times he saw the field. I hope he's the next Favre, but until he actually PROVES it, he's just another QB with potential.
  13. Well, if that ain't the kiss of death for the Pats...
  14. Actually, you aren't too far off with that, and I don't know if you meant it like that. The relationship between Jenneh and Forrest was similar, i.e. a girl who needed "bad boys" to mistreat her to feel loved and a guy who was safe (albeit it "not a smart man") who loved her, but she didn't reciprocate until later. And then she got AIDS and died, and that was sad.
  15. They might also be without Seymour, if rumors are true.
  16. She sounds like a woman who needs to be treated badly by men to feel "loved." It's usually a product of an abusive and/or absentee father and it's something you probably won't be able to break through. You aren't like that and she likes you as a friend because you're "safe" but she probably won't settle down with you, or likely wouldn't be faithful if she did. The signs are all there and as difficult and painful as it might seem, you'd be best to just keep it at being friends. As a last-ditch effort and just to see where things are and to prove it to yourself, give her a call and see what her attitude is like. She just might be ready to end even the friendship with you, or lmuch ess likely may have done some soul searching and realized that she SHOULD be with someone like you.
  17. The man largely responsible for the Patriots winning 2 SB's, primarily for helping them advance in the playoffs, won't be officiating this weekend's game against the Colts. That's right, Walt "the 54th Patriot" Coleman and his crew won't be there to call "tuck" when it's a fumble, ignore 15 holding calls, say "just give it to 'em," or mistake a helmet for a football when crossing the goal-line. I guess the Patriots' time is over.
  18. Good for Seymour, and I hope he DOES sit out, to teach the Pats about just how much they rely on him. Without him, they go NOWHERE in the playoffs. Now if they had just given him the extension/raise he earned years ago, this wouldn't have become an issue.
  19. She's probably a lesbo. As for Garcia, I saw an interview after a 49'ers game back when he was unknown, and he was too tired to hide his lisp. I was reading at the time and had to look up to see who it was, and I was like "whoa, that's a dead giveaway!"
  20. I didn't see a need for it myself, initially. Then I thought "what the heck?" Now I use it all the time.
  21. That's a foreign concept to some.
  22. For most, services like these are "why do I need them," but once you try them and if you can afford them, they're like "how did I live without this?"
  23. That's EXACTLY what I thought when I read Bruschi's comments yesterday. McGinest's and Harrison's words said more, IMHO.
