  1. I'm not worried. And what I also meant by "backups" was the O-line as well. Maddox behind the 2nd string O-line without Bettis, Burress, and probably Staley for most of the game doesn't exactly strike fear into me.
  2. True. Kitna is a better QB.
  3. Their backups will be playing most of the game.
  4. Yes, Vick will play. Don't know how much, but he's supposed to play some and the Seahags game is at 4 PM, so the Rams will be playing as if they will make the playoffs. And let me clarify and error I made: the Seahags have clinched a playoff berth, but not the division.
  5. A Rams win and a Seattle loss (to the Falcons) gives the Rams the division and an automatic playoff berth. Seattle didn't clinch yet.
  6. Bulger is 18-2 at home. Martz is undefeated in the last month of the season at home. Pennington's arm is gimpy, John Abraham is out, and the Rams have every motivation in the world to play. I say they focus on shutting-down Martin and Jordan, force Pennington to beat them, and use a healthy dose of Jackson and throws to Bruce and Holt, and it's a Rams win.
  7. Hallelujah! At least SOME sign of life from them. Now if they just concentrate on shutting down Martin and Jordan and forcing Pennington to beat them, they'll win for sure.
  8. The Jets suck.
  9. It's highly doubtful that who plays when is based on ratings. The past 2 years (since they went to an 8 division NFL), the #3 seed has played on Sunday, and the marquee markets haven't been on exclusively.
  10. They're ALL focused on this game, but realize that it could BE just this game, if they don't get some help. And Vincent's comments are directed towards everyone, including the Steelers.
  11. Frig! All I can say is, go Rams!
  12. I'd say McGahee. When he became the starter, the sacks went from 3-4 a game on average to 1 a game on average. It was like night and day, and I can't lay that all on the feet of the O-line. Probably has to do with his ability to pass protect and run to the outside, preventing teams from middle-blitzing. That allowed Evans to start blossoming, 3 games later (against the Jets).
  13. I saw it after hearing people talking about how dumb he sounds. But I have to tell you, the kid is smart and hides behind the "ya know what I mean" and "it's all good" attitude. I was impressed.
  14. Then as I said, they should be ranked 13th. But TRUE rankings should reflect the strength of a team, regardless of playoff positioning.
  15. As a 3rd WR and for cheap, maybe.
  16. Evans and Moulds versus Scott and Colcough (what about Willie Williams?)! Talk about HUGE mistmatches! I hope the Bills go deep early and often.
  17. I sent him a similar e-mail, asking why the Bills weren't ranked 13th, seeing as they're on the outside looking into the playoffs, in his scheme. Idiot.
  18. Read here: http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=14684
  19. They also signed Tino Martinez. So once the RJ deal goes through, the Yanks will be back to rule the roost. Don't hate the playa, hate the game.
  20. Where did he rank the Bills?
  21. The Bills COULD beat the Eagles in Philly, especially now that TO is gone.
  22. I haven't looked at the poll, but if Prisco ranked the Bills higher than 13, which is where he SHOULD have them if he's going by this playoff potential stuff, then he truly IS an idiot.
