  1. So now we are supposed to shout out "I'm a Sicillian-Irish-Scot, but my grandpops banged an asian hooker in the Phillipines", after the National Anthem now?
  2. I agree. But those who saddle themselves with huge gas guzzlers shouldn't be crying about high gas prices either. You (in general, not YOU specifically EiI) can't have it both ways. I drive a fuel efficient car becuase I don't like spending more money than I have to to get to work...
  3. I've watched nearly every Panthers game in history. Trust me, the BIlls did really good signing this guy. No, he's not Walter Jones, but he is a significant upgrade over Bennie...
  4. Carlos Mencia is right. "DER DA DER"!!!!!
  5. happy birthday you grumpus!
  6. What about the nonstop coverage of all 476,375 bases-ball games a year? Even when it's not bases-ball season, they friggin talk about it...
  7. For Rockpile: Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V. or how about: Evey Hammond: Who are you? V: Who? Who is but the form following the function of what, and what I am is a man in a mask. Evey Hammond: Well I can see that. V: Of course you can. I'm not questioning your powers of observation, I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.
  8. Yep. Good movie indeed. One thing I really liked was that John Hurt played the dictator of England in VfV, the Orwellian equivalent of Big Brother. But he played Winston Smith in the film version of 1984. The irony!
  9. You can check what is being released that week using an option in the HOME menu. You can also pre-reserve movies, provided you know the title. Duh, yes, I know. I have V for Vendetta on my queue for when it comes out.
  10. They are pretty good about sending stuff out. I can't really complain about thier service...
  11. Ugg. I actually turned on ESPN this morning for the first time in several months to see if I could catch some Sabers highlights. The first three minutes I have it on while getting ready from work and I hear the "BOOYAH" from retard Scott. Then I remembered why I never watch ESPN> If you like the guy, sorry, he just annoys me everytime I hear him speak. He doesn't have to speak actually, just looking at his stupid sheep's face makes me want to slap him! On anothe note, is there ANYWHERE in Richmond where they have center Ice and would show the Sabers? I was at the pool hall last night, talking to the proprietor about getting it in the future (and about how Cambell splattered that frog the other night) and this super cute girl came in with her crew wanting to know if they were showing the Sabers. She had a Bills hat on too! If I didn't have a league match that night, I might have gone with them. What about Mulligans?
  12. Oh lordy, but that was bizzare!
  13. Have a great birthday!
  14. That was AWESOME! Good camera work by OLN too! The look in that guy's eyes was priceless!
  15. OMG! WHAT A HIT! That was fuggin AWESOME! GO SABERS!
  16. Holy Crap! That better not count.
  17. Not likely. Remember, it's not only US demand for oil inflating prices, it's the entire world. I am not even sure that if we massively cut out consumption that it would make a difference. Either way, it is irrelevent, personal sacrifice was never, will never, be a strong point of our spoiled society...
  18. Wait for the new-old Dodge Challenger...
  19. dang, it might cost him a few more million to get away with it again. Poor guy...
  20. It will only get worse. Face it, the days of 0.97 cents for a gallon are never to be seen again...
  21. Science baby! You foolz better recognize!!
  22. So what if a graduate student at a NC university begins a relationship with another enrolled student over 19, not in any of the same classes, say a Chemist and a Business major???
  23. That may be so, but that is part of the problem. People always want stuff, but don't want to pay for it. For example, in Europe, airlines cost a bit more, but you get the benefit of not traveling in a cattle car. Wouldn't it be nice to at least have that option? But you would never see that happen here, people would just go on travelocity or something at get bargin basement flights, resulting in the nightmare that air travel is today...
  24. Woo hoo! Number 16, in your face losers!
