Just watched the compressed replay - Aside from the obvious plays, Walker also really impressed with the way he chased down plays past the LOS. A lot of the time a lineman will jog after the play and not get involved in the tackle. He was routinely hustlng after the ball and sticking his head in there - Thought Buechele did a good job all things considered. He showed an ability to improvise and extend plays which White totally lacks - It was funny watching some of the fringe skill players being thrown on ST coverage - "show us what you can do" - and being totally out of their element and some obviously wanting no part of initiating contact

Yeah thought that was a very interesting comment especially given that the mostly bend-don't-break philosophy of the defense for so long. Maybe come regular season we actually will see some more aggressive defensive philosophy changes that people have been clamoring for
