  1. where do you live? i'll do it for cheaper. $20 and beer while i cut.
  2. Give it 2 more years. i'm sure you'll care a lot less about LeBron when he signs with the Knicks.
  3. Judging by Brown's and Fewell's comments, McKelvin will be taking Greer's spot, and McGee isnt going anywhere. We'll have our starting McCorners before too long, and Greer will make a really good nickel back.
  4. 10:1 says kraft and belichick issue a statement claiming it matt walsh was behind the killings.
  5. Agreed. i hate the lakers equally, but bostonfan is currently the most obnoxious prick on the face of the planet, especially bill simmons. I hope boston gets swept.
  6. What do you call a girl with one leg shorter than the other? Eileen What do you call a chinese girl with one leg shorter than the other? Irene
  7. Is that near Qur' An Fabrics?
  8. Even when he does get approval and finally gets the lawn seeded, the unions wont let him set the sprinkler on a timer. They'll force him to pay the 12 year old next door $25/day to come over and turn the sprinkler on and off. Then the kid will forget, the lawn will die, and we'll be back at square one with the kid suffering no repercussions.
  9. he should have the design plans out by mid-july.
  10. I shouldnt be surprised that a knumbskull like yourself cannot differentiate between me trashing the city for its poor lack of planning and development, and me trashing the inhabitants (which i havent done). Compared to the majority fo the country, Buffalo is an economic dump. Notice: this is me trashing the city, while not trashing the people who live thereIf you've got a job there, great! 90% of my family has decent paying jobs in Buffalo. I like the area and love going back to visit a few times per year, and i love going back to bills games. However, there is nothing back in Buffalo that would ever bring me back to live there permanently. There simply isnt. Its not the people, its not the area, its the lack of jobs. Until Buffalo finds a way to rebuild the city and give people from other parts of the country a reason to move to buffalo, it isnt going to all of a sudden grow and prosper because someone builds 100 condos. Now get back on the drive-thru window. The line is getting fairly long.
  11. Forgive me for not believing anything until i see it actually built. I'm basing my statements off of Buffalo's... how shall we say it...less than stellar track record of actually seeing any of their great wonderful plans through to completion.
  12. So, according to you, marshawn was driving drunk, hit the girl, ran home and hid from the cops so the alcohol could wear off. Glad to see you are waiting until we hear the details. I hope that some cop never treats you the way you treat the Bills players.
  13. so gandy was the best of the arizona o-line. Isnt that just saying he's the least smelliest piece of sh--?
  14. Attracting young highly intelligent professionals to Buffalo is akin to the toledo mud hens making an offer to a-rod. Sure he could go there and be a hero and be top dog. all while making 1/10th of what he could be making elsewhere.
  15. But think of all the pretty designs and drawings they could make about how Buffalo is going to be "re-built" into a great economic power! And while they are arguing with the politicians and labor unions, the rest of the great lakes and canada will be booming in the water business.
  16. Toledo and cleveland will be thriving. Buffalo wont be. Dont underestimate their ability to !@#$ things up.
  17. oh i know. but its fun to take shots and watch tater and gordio get their little panties all in a bunch.
  18. Buffalo figures that if they cant improve their own economy to the level of most fast growing cities, they may as well try and drag everyone down into the economic shitter with them.
  19. So basically she wants to find out if they are going to finger Lynch, so she can get the max $ out of this entire ordeal.
  20. Yup, i do the same. Especially the QBs. No reason that Pennington should be an 88, and his throw power should be somewhere around 6, not 85. And i tend to drop the rookie ratings, especially the ones in the high 80s.
  21. Because only a 5 year old is going to make all of the Bills a 99. I'll usually tweak some ratings a bit, mostly on the Bills (mind you it takes a good amount of time to edit them), and also make some rookies lower, bump some players up, etc. The real problem with madden is that people (and players) get mad with "low" ratings, so everyone gets a high rating to keep them happy. I think the "average" rating for all NFLers is an 80 or 81, which is absurd. If madden wants to rate players, they should be an average around 75 with a standard deviation of 10. This way, only the good players are highly rated, and only the real good players are above a 95. But that would hurt too many feelings, which is why you end up ike last year's madden where there were something liek 6-7 WRs rated a 99.
  22. Agreed. I'm an avid madden player as well, and these rankings are kind of expected. I figured trent would be around the 80 mark with Losman being about a 78-79. You are correct. Madden overrates high fist rounders, and overrates old vets who have definitely lost a step. The real issue i have is with McCargo. Not so much that his rating should be higher, but there's no way that Kyle Williams should be rated higher. Anyways, you can always edit the ratings to make them whatever you wish.
  23. 1. Top LTs around the league make 50+ million. Peters is going to get the same amount of money regardless of how much dockery was paid. 2. Guards are being paid more than ever before. Dockery was paid the going rate. To ignore this is to keep your head in the sand. 3. Which NFL teams have starting quality backup LTs?
  24. i didnt even notice that until you highlighted it.
  25. Didnt see Cox coming. I had you pegged as more of a reggie corner type.
