I guess I never figured there would be that much difference, but there certainly is. I drink pop all the time at home, but it's a real treat when I go to the theater. -

Yep, it's pretty funny when you look at the prices for the drinks. You're exactly right that's it's like a quarter difference between each one, lol. You can have some a small for $4.25 or the huge one for $5.00...makes the decision an easy one for me And I don't know what it is, but a big cherry coke on ice just tastes better at the theater...I have no idea why...probably just in my head, but I do tend to enjoy that during the movie. -
Brother Bill, I had no idea you were a huge Bama fan...I can't stand that team, especially Saban, but I would have no problem turning another one of their front 7 players on D into a Buffalo Bill I've been pretty sold on Upshaw for a while...I'd love to see him in B-lo. As long as we don't draft any skill players or DBs with our first pick, I'll be happy. I want a big, bad snarly sumbiatch for the defense.

I've never really understood the need people have to buy candy and food for a 2hr movie to begin with. Whenever I hit the theaters, I get the same thing every time:The largest size Cherry Coke on ice that they have. It typically costs me around $5, but often times the cup is reusable and it's a lot of pop. I just don't have interest in fumbling around with food or candy in the dark when I can just as easily grab a bite before or after the flick. Besides, having seen up close the way popcorn is treated there, it's not very palatable to begin with. -
I'm not sure people have really caught on as to just how solid of an actor JGL has evolved into. I never watched 3rd Rock, but I think he was sort of having to fight to get out from that role. But this kid has a ton of range and he's a terrific character actor. I don't think a lot of people saw it, as it wasn't a great film (although it had a stellar cast), but when you look at his role in "Killshot" and contrast that with his other work in "500 Days of Summer", "Hesher", "50/50", and even "G.I.Joe", it's actually some very impressive work. These roles are each very different and he is convincing in every one of them. He's become one of my favorite actors over the past few years.

Thanks for the heads up about the extended editions...looks like people on Netflix are saying it's the way to go.

Wow, that's a great story...and that is one tough dog!

Absolutely. Heck, I'd even find it fun if I was out late at night stopping at some fast food place, happened to get really great service, and felt like just tossing whoever was working at that time an extra $1g as a surprise. Just random/anonymous gifts to put a smile on peoples faces.

I would love to just give money away randomly. I'd also do things anonymously...if I heard of someone in need, I'd do something behind the scenes...that would be fun.

Would anyone like a Southwest Patty Melt?

That chain is known as Hardees here in Georgia, and when I saw that commercial the other day I had to wipe the drool from my face...and I wasn't even hungry -
Her smile was mesmerizing...made me want to take a trip to Paraguay I wonder if Phil hit that after the show

Those dogs are amazing...

Yeah, the board room sucked this week...although for a second there, I thought Ferrigno was about to go apeshit on Takai when Trump asked who should be brought back to the boardroom lol. Unfortunately George is too much of a gentleman to allow for a lot of drama, so in that sense it's good he's gone. Was really glad to see Corolla back, though, and I think next week we'll get back to some more chaos. A couple of these women and the Andretti guy are really dull, so I hope the Donald gets rid of them one by one so that we can have some of the key players around until the end. Dayana looked beautiful as always tonight She needs to do something about how greasy her forehead gets during the shows, too...it's really out of hand. I have to say that tonight I was actually pretty impressed with that oompa loompa on the womens team...she was pretty annoying the first week, but tonight she actually had some good ideas and seemed relatively sharp. I also like that she speaks her mind, but she wimped out when the Trumpster asked her who should be fired. It's for CHARITY, people...let's get the smack talk back. Lord knows we have some great trash talkers among this group...

Tonight I'm with you again...needs more Darabont. One of the things I really have not liked about S2 is how at times some of the shows feel like "filler" material. They'll have like 20 mins here and there of some really cool stuff, but then other times it's just ridiculous how so little can actually take place. I thought the pacing of S1 was fantastic, and it's one of the things about the show that I fell in love with. Not sure what has happened since, but I wish they'd stop being so inconsistent. There have been several times this season when I've found my mind wandering, and that never happened at all last year.

lmao...the bitter lesbos were the worst...and I agree about the hottie Latina...Rachel will not let that go, and things could really get ugly. I really enjoy these legs of the race that go through South America...just amazing scenery and I love seeing the similarities and differences among the cultures of the south american countries. Not to mention the fact that Im a sucker for latin american beauties, such as the young lady who was with Phil at the pit stop. I'm really becoming a fan of the Hillbillies...they are just a lot of fun to watch. I wasn't really upset to see Lana's eye candy twins go tonight...they didn't really add anything to the show, IMO. Another good season, though.

We have a whole group on here who are BB addicts. There's a huge thread on it somewhere, but you may want to be careful about not getting ahead of where you're at with your viewing. Quite a few of us consider it the best show on TV, so you're in for a real treat.

Very nice...I'm really interested in seeing them, as well. Are they subtitled or dubbed over? Also, if you guys want to see a realy, um, "different" documentary, check out "I Think We're Alone Now". It's about two guys who are totally infatuated/borerline stalkers of Tiffany, the pop star from the 80s. I really don't know what to say about it, other than it held my interest. Just something you don't see every day, let's leave it at that Also saw Rampage, as was suggested by another TBD'er...was pretty good, especially considering it's a Uwe Boll film lol.

damn bastarge!! Now this is an excellent example of the level of soccer cracks that we expect around here...well done, my friend What about Altidore? Did you see the same progress with his game that others have seen? I've read a few accounts now that indicate his game is becoming much more complete.

DAMMIT man...I just asked for one thing....ONE thing....and they can't even do that. How the hell am I supposed to watch this show without the Fraker??? They are seriously going to take that Phil Phillip Philippino Phillips guy over the Fraker?? What is wrong with these judges, man? Totally ruined my night... I'm glad that girl with the overbearing mother from new york got cut...had enough of her for a while. Overall it's not a bad top 13...better than I expected. But the Fraker got robbed.
