    That's not how it works. You are getting income reported to the IRS. Ignoring it doesn't make it go away.

    You need to report what you paid for the tickets so you can lower your tax liability. The threshold for a 1099 used to be $20,000! Now it's only $600. And you can't escape that by using StubHub or Vivid Seats. They are all issuing 1099's now.

    The point is the "Allen's good, but..." narrative that still persists. Do you ever hear anyone describe Mahomes that way? Allen has achieved enough in his career that no one should parse his success.

    Anything is possible. I don't get the lack of faith in Adams. He's done a good job considering the pressure he was under. You can't grow an NHL team overnight. Tim Murray tried to trade and free agent his way to a shortcut and look where it left us. Pain is part of the process.
