    It's a fair take. Also these teams have little time to form a cohesive unit so the play calling might be a tad less complex. But there's no question a few players will wind up on NFL teams.

    It was a wild game, back and forth, both starting QBs knocked out. Stars would have won if not for losing theirs. A late BHM TD courtesy of former Bill Victor Boldin Jr. I really wanted it to go to OT so I could see the wacky USFL OT rules in progress.

    XFL is backed by ESPN/ABC. (Which explains why ESPN ignores the USFL.) The USFL Championship game is this Sunday at 7:30 on Fox. Fun fact: the Stars have appeared in every USFL Championship game, winning it twice.

    I just saw the Zappa Band Sunday. I saw them open for King Crimson last year, doing just 45 minutes, and wanted to see them so their full set. Outstanding musicians.

    One good reason is you never know how much they will gouge you. I was in Philly recently, took an Uber ride about a mile for $9 on a Wednesday. Same ride cost $26 the following day.

    I don't know where you rented your place, but the best urban neighborhoods are around Elmwood Ave. You have Elmwood Village, Allentown, Connecticut Ave, all very walkable and full of great pubs and cafes.
