    Ok... so hire a offensive minded HC who will need a strong DC. Bring in a strong DC who will be picked up by another team in 2 years. All you did was move the problem to the other side of the fence.

    McClap needs to move past lack of rhythm, poor "complimentary" football and lack of execution as excuses for why this team is struggling. Get to the ROOT of the problem by looking in the mirror. He is a defensive minded coach but needs a coordinator on defense and a STRONG one on offense. Until that happens this team will continue to struggle.

    Von Miller is nearly 35 years old and coming off a torn ACL. White is 28. Huge difference. Miller is toast.

    Our O coordinator is Pop Warner level. He has no idea how to use what he has in front of him.

    Miller time was lost last Thanksgiving. Stick a fork in him.

    Nobody can run behind this o-line. They seriously suck at run blocking 98.5% of the time. It looks like they have no idea what to do when a run play is called.

    I agree 100% but the even bigger question is why do we have a FULLBACK on our roster??? Reggie "2.3 million a year to do nothing" Gilliam. I really thought Harris was going to be the bell cow, but of course they hardly used him before he was injured.

    The Ugly - Ken Dorsey's pop warner offense that every team in the league has figured out.

    Make a move to Daboll so he can come here to bring in his former Giant practice team players and use them as starters? The guy who has a QB on his roster that CANT throw the ball? Coach of the year to FIRED? No thanks.

    Doesn't matter who ran it there is simply no surprise element to this offense at all.

    We ran a reverse pass for the first time in who knows how long and the Bengals knew EXACTLY what we were doing. Even our "wrinkle" plays are horrible. This offense doesn't fool anyone.

    Sad but true. They have a brutal schedule and will be LUCKY to win 4 more games.

    So did Brady 99% of the time. Will people in Josh's face make Dorsey a better play caller? Guess you missed that Josh segment...........

    Injury to Knox forced Dorsey to take the training wheels off Kincaid, and it sure looks like we have a future star TE.

    Ugly - Tampa converted THREE 4th downs during their last TD drive, two by penalty. That was infuriating. Then the offense gets the ball back and can't seal the deal.

    I like the optimism; however, the road gets much tougher from here. KC, Cinci, Philly, Dallas will probably show us exactly how bad we are.
