You have a good point Puhonix. I do remember buying Meister Brau in college because it was all we could afford. I guess one of the benefits of having a good job is the ability to buy good beer.

Since 80% of people drink that mass produced yellow burp water, I'm not surprised that wine is becoming more popular. Bud, Michelob, Miller... it tastes all the same. Craft beer, like wine, give you more varities that actually tastes different from each other. Maybe if the "big three" cared more about taste than units sold, more people would be drinking beer.

I dislike the Jets but the thought of the Douh-fins being 2-0 makes me sick. So I guess its the Jets. ...or a scoreless tie.

I go to Courtney's in Latham. Its a good bar with good food but its kinda' small, so if you go, get there early.

Beware when buying Bard's Tale. I bought a six pack for a friend who has Celiac. It was a very hot day and the store (also very hot) had it out on the shelves and not in the cooler. About 15 minutes after buying it, a bottle spontaneously exploded... yes...exploded in the car. I put the six pack in the trunk and another exploded about three minutes later. The rest simply turned to fizz when we tried to drink them. We e-mailed the company to ask why this happened but still don't have an answer yet. I think it should prob. because it wasn't kept refrigerated. So if you do buy it, try getting it from the cooler case. If you live in eastern NY, or the Metro NY/NJ area, you can also buy gluten free beer from Ramapo Valley Brewery http://www.ramapovalleybrewery.com/ Its pretty good.

I agree. I used to listen to them regularly, from the time they came on the air in the early 90's until recently, and they rarely ever said anything positive about the Bills. Some posters here have said they were on the bandwagon last year... but who wasn't. WFAN Fat Mike and Dog are trashing Jim Kelly I stopped listening to them because of their negativity towards the Bills. Besides, the best part of their show was the suicidal Jet fans that would call in to whine and moan and cry. Since the Jets have been more successful lately, it wasn't was much fun listening. Because of that show, I still have a soft spot for Rich Kotite.

It just wouldn't be football season on TSW without an "Assclown" reference.
