Now in KC (#74) and in the national spotlight after his week 1 debacle and committing illegal formation and/or false start nearly every snap and hardly getting called for it because it's KC. Same guy.

Yeah I'll own up to clocking Bernard as the second coming of Kelvin Sheppard whose best contribution to the Bills would be trade bait. It wasn't without basis - both got the corner turned on them in preseason over and over and over. In Sheppard's case it was just a step he didn't have, apparently in Bernard's it was needing to read the keys and play fast.

So if Allen throws for 300 yards and loses to the Cowboys, he's #3 in the league at worst in passing yards. Instead he's a bum lagging behind Sam Howell and some rookie. Am I doing this right?

It wasn't so much playing off the ball that led to the 13 seconds debacle, but as i recall KC had their timeouts, but Buffalo set the D in offcoverage in addition to playing to deny the sideline and leave the middle completely open, well except for Edmunds who Mahomes would manipulate with his eyes like a laser pointer to a cat. That was the problem, the clock was NEVER an issue, why were they defending wide to the sidelines and leave all the inside leverage which lets you run the quickest possible chunk plays? It was absolutely the dumbest thing and if it was in fact Frazier calling that, then he needed to go. The Bills El Foldo Late Game Defense is not a novel thing for 2023.
