If Only They Could Tackle..It's Not Just the Coaching
JP51 replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
He is an embarrassment bottom line he needs to be fired today. If McD won't fire him then fire McD his unit is horrific the regression of Rousseau is nothing short of epic... the angles and tackling are an abomination almost no one disrupts and they get gashed on the ground on a weekly basis and this is after playing only 1 team with any hope of making the playoffs -
100% no nickname he is a woeful passenger still counting his money
-
It clearly effected their ability to call a game they were biased and attrocious

9/28/2025 Bills vs Saints 2nd half game thread

Defense is an embarrassment Babich is abhorrent -
I agree for the most part... I think from my perspective... beat the Saints... thats all that matters... the rest will be what it will be... so for the stuff we cannot control has been good to us... maybe that will continue, maybe that wont... so I am left with Beat the Saints.. thats it. Honestly, you got what you get in Epinessa, I dont think you will be seeing the 2nd coming of Jerry Hughes out of him... he is an average DE that is very inconsistent.. you can count on him for several big splash plays a season with breaks of not even being noticed... I would love to see if someone else has a higher ceiling.

Age old, do they sit the player who is recovering but could use a week to get to 100%.... back and forth... essentially, I think McDs philosophy wins out... when the player is ready to come back and play at full speed he comes back.... this takes the guess work out of it and is overall the best philosophy... especially early in the season... come playoffs or playoff crunch time... I have seen him move not fully healed guys into the rotation especially if we are really thin... I get that... I just dont think game 4 is the spot he abandons that philosophy... i think if Milano and EdO are ready to play and healed to a point where they are not risking additional injury to their particular ailment then they play... if not they sit... I think he focuses on the player not the game at this juncture. -

Well at least someone did something to him and he didnt trip over a mat, knock himself silly and then retire.... LOL -
I agree here from a dude with the measurables needed to the abject laziness and self absorption he may have done less with the talent he had than anyone I can remember playing for us.... Maybe McGahee... who I didnt like either...

Great to have Mitch in the house... loved him as a player.... wonder if they try to talk him into the PS LOL

Week 4, Ain'ts v. Bills, PREDICT THE SCORE!
JP51 replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think we will see something similar to the Jets game... I am going BLO 30 NO 10 -
after the Watson debacle, I cant believe they wouldnt be voting for the Browns as the worst... there was a lot of po'ed GMs after that mess... who knows maybe they feel bad for them now... Jets have to be right in there... I feel like the Titans and the Saints are just going thru a natural cycling...

Which is the first game we will lose this season?
JP51 replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
Lets just beat the Saints... worry about the rest later... I am in 1 game at a time mode... and I dont even care how many we lose as long as we make the playoffs and win our last game... -
I am with you here... if Max was a 5 year vet and knew the defense inside and out... I think we would be talking about a return much sooner... I think McD is saying I am not automatically using a roster spot on a guy who has not demonstrated that he mentally grasps the basic defense... I think when McD is comfortable that this is in place he returns... Hopefully that is this year... but he is making no guarantees. Thats my take.

I get the allure especially from the draftniks which I am not... but I just went through too many years of draft day being the biggest day of the year as a fan... and that is not the case anymore... so, wake me in March... lol

I kinda wonder... I think Schoen and Dabs are linked, I think if the Giants do this they are both gone...now could see them keeping Schoen for the season and firing Dabs mid way.... I do think there is a big chance Schoen comes back to BLo... but honestly, I am not sure I rule out Daboll if Brady takes a head coaching job... if Brady goes and Daboll is still around to be hired... I dont know that he doesnt swallow some pride to put him in what would be an excellent situation with this team and Josh... I am not saying it happens... I am thinking stranger reunions have happened... Townson/Daltry (like 8 times) Martin/Steinbrenner (like 3 times) Sabres/Ruff, Nolan/Sabres. Buckingham/Nicks... Ono/Mcartney.... oh wait... LOL I digress...
-
I am in favor of getting the "push the guard out of the way and tackle the ball carrier" tech... where can we get one of those? LOL
-
Every sports writer out there.... LOL... I learned my lesson last week... so not me !
-
I know I am not picking the Dolphins and Jets game LOL... I probably go Detroit or the Packers... Dallas really doesnt look good at all...
-
Not to be coy... but they need to be better than 32 in the league against the run and 29th in the league in pass pressure... they need to clean up some drops by WRs and figure out if Coleman is a true 1... and they better have a plan at RB for Cook because Ray Davis does not look good. In short, however they do that I dont care... but I do not think it involves trading and bringing in new mid range players... to me for better or worse this is the team and improvement mostly needs to come from within... Hoecht, Ogunjobi, Hairston, maybe even a Gabe who knows... now there may be a move or two out there that falls into our laps... but at 3-0 I am not looking to trade and retool this roster... But I think if there are significant solutions they pretty much on the team already... I do feel like I have seen some improvement out of Bishop, but Poyer needs to be ready because Rapp is a menace to himself and others...
-
That was my primary issue... they were gonna get him killed and he would go to the locker room like Denis the goalie from slapshot kicking and screaming with some form of pass rush PTSD lol
-
Yeah its all coming back to me now... cause tbh I remember being pssed that we went into the season with NP as our QB.. like are you serious... and upset they threw Allen in right away thinking we would ruin him... clearly I was an oracle in predicting that future LOL

Thought the same thing he kept the hair too!
