the whole PI at the end of the half that goes half the distance when time is running out... seems like an incentive to take a penalty... like Ball is at the 6 with 9 seconds left play runs you take a PI on purpose now its at the 3 with 4 seconds... I would like to see a half the distance and an untimed down (if they want) given to the offense... Don't like the taking a penalty being a good option... SO maybe if you take a PI or DH in the last 30 seconds... or minute the team gets half the distance or an untimed down.

Agreed, we may need to get worse before better... they need to get rid of some of these players they are paying a ton of cap money too that are not even remotely producing... Samuel for starters... Rapp... 3 or 4mm for Tre, Jones, too early to part ways with Rousseau and Oliver but I am not sure they are worth their contracts... Ed has looked better in the 1 or 2 games he played... bottom line is lots of Cminus to Cplus players getting paid like B or Bplus players... thats never good...

Oh there were several including the WR running into Tre on a 3rd down stop... and us getting called... I dont pretend to make sense of the officiating... there was one flag thrown literally after the Bills were leaving the field after a stop... it was almost like the league called and said throw something! Honestly I dont either... I do think there was this perception in his 1st year here as he got here after McD and McD was clearly involved in Whaleys drafting... but even in watching the Draft Room videos he is consulting with McD but not asking him... now it does seem like he needs to explain every pick to Pegula when I watch... Thats the rumor but I have no idea if its true... Bottom line, If Beane is letting Josh make what amounts to 1st rd draft picks... probably a further indictment of Beane... I had such high hopes for LJ... clearly thats why they dont allow me to make picks either LOL

Like I really dont know how much over ride impact McD has on drafted players... couild be a lot... not sure... bottom line is that the Bills as an organization are absolutely failing Josh and if they dont improve their WR situation so he actually has a target open before 4 seconds elapse they just might get him killed... because he was running for his life....

Yeah to date Hawes is our 2nd best draft impact... in fact I really feel like they stumbled on this... like geez we knew he could block but... he has another dimension... I think we see more of him as the year goes on and he becomes more comfortable in the system and of course McD becomes more comfortable with him... but I agree on the 6... I think he isnt gonna block like a Professional OT but the loss of a bit of blocking %age is way more than made up for by the threat of him going into a pattern and catching the ball... defenses will need to respect that...

Right now.. but honestly maybe even better potential wise... He looks like a big ole pooh bear now... I can only imagine if they work with him physically what he might become... I am not comparing him to Bruce... but Bruce came in as a rookie did well then really got into professional football shape and obviously we know... I really feel like this kid looks as if he might benefit from a professional approach to his conditioning... turn from a big ole baby Huey to a big ole game plan around menace...
