Look he is now the OC period. I pray he is going to punt kick the Daboll offense for good,we need a change. Josh even eluded to being excited for a little change. I'm not thrilled initially, BUT... I want to see what he can do with HIS offense,and that is only fair. It's truly the only way to make true evaluation of the guy. I say we get behind him and give him our support.

My biggest issues are 1) no 2nd half adjustments and scoring slowed down in the 2nd half of games. 2) WR's in the same area too much. Both are fixable, will he do it? I hope so.

Oliver was amazing this year... until he reached his 500k bonus then in the playoffs disappeared. Groot really needs to step up, but he keeps having injuries and disappearing the 2nd half of seasons as well.

I pray he can hit in the 1st 2 rounds this year like he did last year and one of them is WR. We are in good shape if he can AND continue his hitting on mid-round picks

I'm gonna get beat to death on this, but... Aren't we closer to being able to run a 3-4 D now? We have all 4 LBs and Von might flourish as an off-the-ball OLB now in his career. Ed Oliver goes to DE. Our LBs can also cover if we went 3-3-5 on certain passing situations. Just spitballing here.

For the 1st time in a long time, we can say going into this offseason, we have a really good OL. Torrance will get better. I want to see some more quality depth added and start looking at a replacement for after the 2024 season at Center.

We have 3 6th round picks, and most likely those guys (and our 7th) do not make the team. Package them for say a 3rd. The QUALITY of picks has to be great this year, the draft picks need to contribute very quickly. We need a WR to compete for #2 immediately and there may be guys in this draft that can do that. Who though? This is where I need to see Beane stay at 28 or move a couple of spots up and knock it out of the park at WR as he did with Kincaid.

How have the DL workout? Wr's?

Beane has to get better at this ASAP. And he needs a revamp of his scouting staff.

He needs to upgrade his scouts. His DL and WR picks have been abysmal overall. He MUST find legit WR's this draft and I'll go so far as to say a guy that can push Diggs. We still don't have Alphas on the DL. And I don't want to hear about Oliver. He showed up when chasing his 500k bonus. He completely disappeared against KC when it counted.

It could be both, but if you are missing that much on high draft picks... Terry needs to make Beane fire whomever scouts DL and WR.

AND an OC that can scheme them open. If only we could interview that OC... This is spot on. Bills fans have always had a hard time recognising players were on the downside and were let go.

We need to shake things up. First off congrats to him, he has worked hard for it. Second, I really like Babich, but if he is DC will he be allowed autonomy to run what he feels is "his" system?

We do not need to extend Diggs to get under the cap or have cap room. And I pray the Bills do NOT convert any money of his and move to future years. He will be here this season because of his contract unless we make other cap adjustments. But I think we keep him on the 24' roster as #2 or 1a. I agree with cossell he isn't a #1 anymore. Not really, but Beane won't cut either.
