    The ACL isn't the question or the real injury and I don't know why this is still missed. (Not a shot at you Shaw) The original injury was him tearing the meniscus off the tibia. They found a partial ACL tear once they got in there, it wasn't even seen on the MRI. That's not a good injury.

    I respectfully disagree. A guy 22-30 yes. A guy at his age with all the milage on him... no. Athletes don't get better after a certain age,and he is at or past that point and with all the injuries. I just don't see it.

    Not really. 1 per offseason is no big deal. AND the player gets guaranteed money in hand and can sign with another team. It's a win win.

    I don't think Oliver outplayed his brand new contract. He disappeared after he hit that 500k bonus. Wr needed him to be somewhat close to as inpactful as Jones was in the divisional round, and he wasnt.

    I like it. They eliminate the blockers slamming into each other at a higher rate of speed, which helps with injuries.

    You address what I did in another post. Butler can post all the stats he wants about his secondary, but it's easy to do when at one time he had essentially 2 all pro safeties and an all pro CB. But he gets a 1st round pick in Elam, and the kid is crap so far. Same here.

    I agree with you on the SAK comment. Enough of the all-around guys, get us some pure studs that are just great at what they do. We still need an Alpha Male (no Oliver isn't it) on the DL. We need a vast improvement at WR.

    Stop giving Allen weapons chosen so low in the draft. Get him another Quality WR or two. Then hit on draft picks for the DL instead of drafting guys that turn out to be JAGs. That is what's left you can do.

    They don't have to ask for two first-rounders which is normally the cost. Or trade him to someone like Washington who has a ton of cap room.

    If they are smart they let another team sign him, decline to match, and gather draft picks.

    Perfect lol Truth. The true dead zone, or in this case "Z" zone, is a week after the draft through start of training camp.
