  1. Smoot is not even on the team and there is almost no way they cut AJ.
  2. What? I’m not mad about the Yankees at all. I said I just finished watching the game and logged off mlb.com and logged in here. how that is being turned into yank anxiety…whatever that is I have no idea. Please spare me what I can and can’t say about the team.
  3. I’m not upset about the Yankees at all. No idea where you are getting that from. they will be fine without Soto. Bellinger has looked really good this spring. As I said the Yankees are going to be fine. Will Warren has a chance to be a good 4th or 5th pitcher. they will trade for a starter in July.
  4. Nope. They go with judge just as the bills go with Allen. When judge goes out they struggle. Losing Cole sucks though. they are going to be ok.
  5. Like the old saying goes, you can explain how you broke the lamp to your parents and justify it but the lamp is still broke.
  6. If only these guys had grown up watching 21 jumpstreet like I did. They would know steroids/ped’s/supplements are bad for you. it really sucks that two players did this while playing for two other teams and now the bills are being punished. The rams and Steelers benefitted from these players doing this and now the bills get the punishment.
  7. Yankee game ends, I log out of that and into this site to see the news of the day. i am not looking for arguments or anything but this has been imo a miserable week. this is really embarrassing, nothing like tainting the image of your entire franchise with two dopes who have never even taken a snap for you yet. and that will be all from me today so I don’t get in trouble.
  8. IF NY can get decent qb play I think they will be better than Dallas. They actually have a lot of talent. The cowboys besides lamb, parsons and tyler smith have a pretty average to below average roster. IF the giants were to end up with cam ward I wouldn't be surprised to see them finish above Dallas.
  9. Witherspoon seems like a good vet 1 year signing. He shouldn't be expensive, he will understand playing off the bench and hey he played in LA. 93. Ahkello Witherspoon, CB, Rams (30) Witherspoon rejoined the Rams in the late summer after injuries decimated the position and then eventually worked back into a starting role when Tre’Davious White was traded to Baltimore. Especially across the second half of the season, Witherspoon thrived alongside fellow veteran Darious Williams, with seven pass breakups and an interception plus a forced fumble and a sack in the Rams’ final six games (including playoffs). Witherspoon will turn 30 this spring but has not seemed to feel his age just yet.
  10. 27m ago Dianna Russini· Senior Writer, NFL Latest on Trey Hendrickson Teams are willing to pay Trey Hendrickson the contract that he desires but have found Cincinnati’s current asking price to be “ridiculous,” as one GM told me. The Bengals can adjust as the offseason progresses, but right now, teams aren’t willing to meet their terms.
  11. that makes sense. He is this years Mike Edwards. Edwards had a 1 year deal with 1.6m guaranteed
  12. They were pretty damn good in beating baltimore in the playoff game.
  13. Seems like a straight role player and special teamer. He is yet another guy that has been signed that has an injury history. It seems washington was going to cut him out of camp last year but because he had a hamstring injury he hung on.
  14. he really doesn't seem like a run stopper at all to me. At this point he seems like a rotational backup 3 tech and a guy they can kick out at times to 5 tech on the end when they want to be in bigger run sets. The steelers cut him because they believed he cost too much with a 4 million dollar bonus coming. They saved 7 million cutting him and then he got a raise here to be a part of a D line rotation. I don't think his signing effect them on draft day. I imagine most of the tackles in the first four rounds are equal or better players.
  15. I am sure it has been said in this thread already but I take this signing as the replacement to Smoot. Like Smoot he can play inside and outside. He will play some 5 tech I imagine at end like smoot did. He seems best suited to an attacking 3 tech spot though. They now have 3 guys to play that spot. They must want a full rotation of guys who can play this penetrating style or Carter is going to move over and play some 1 tech. Always good to be deep on the defensive line. Tackle has a chance to be a really good group by the time the draft is over.
  16. Some of us still are. I am just not going to comment on it any further.
  17. so my understanding from what you are telling us here as you were told, Rasul Douglas and Damar Hamlin have offers they can sign if the market offers them less or if the same and they just want to leave? Seems like Smoot would be another guy in this boat. Smoot makes a lot of sense to return and possibly jordan phillips also.
  18. We know how they do business. They are going to sign a mid level vet cb and probably one or two DLineman at some point in the coming weeks. guys they will hope the draft picks outplay. I imagine they will be in on any big time Ends-Wr that can be traded for also if the situation arises. I just don't see them doing much more than a few more mid level vets. And I am sure they will add more mid level vets after the draft also.
  19. Perfect. They are all set for the draft.
  20. I actually may have heard them wrong and they may have been talking about him in the first round. They were talking about Dallas because they have basically 1 corner on the roster at the moment. They have picks 12 and then 44 so I thought they were talking about him slipping and getting to 44.
  21. I was listening to Bryan Broaddus talk about the corners yesterday and he sounded like he loves Jahdee Barron. He basically said forget the measurables, he can flat out cover inside and outside. Said he is going to be a great value for someone in the 2nd round. Seems like he might be a great fit for our defense but his value is rated somewhere between 30 and 56. So he could get overdrafted at 30 or slip and be a steal (hate that term) if he makes it to 56 which he certainly will not. I am convinced the bills are going to move back from 30 and add another 4 or a 3 if the numbers work for this exact reason. they are going to have a group of guys all very similar at different positions who they can probably move back 5 to 10 spots and still get one of them.
  22. He is an always hurt guy. Wonder what the guaranteed money is.
