  1. No, dipshit, I said I wouldn't expect him to be a normal human being in real life if his "ideas" on the internet are a bunch of angry, crazy nonsense. Therefore it wouldn't surprise me if he was an !@#$ in real life. Just read what I wrote. It's not that hard. If anyone wants to go check on Jim Lampley for themselves, just head over to the Huffington Post and search "Jim Lampley."
  2. No, they just really are that stupid.
  3. Yeah, God forbid I use the word "leftist" to accurately describe Lampley publishing his own insanity. Have you ever read his stupid crap? Apparently Katrina was proof that the Bush twins are bad people. I don't expect a guy who writes a bunch of angry nonsense on the internet to be a normal human being in real life.
  4. He used to write a bunch of leftist conspiracy nonsense over at The Huffington Post, so it really wouldn't surprise me if he's enough of a douche bag that he enjoys "boxing" women.
  5. The Sabres are doing great in the NHL power rankings, but when it comes to NHL Uniform power rankings.......... ESPN Ouch. I think the only reason that there are two Reebok designs in the bottom ten is that Reebok has only had a chance to design uniforms for two teams (Ducks, Sabres). And on their second try, they made the very worst uniforms in the league.
  6. Yep, that's AD alright.
  7. Two years ago someone wrote a book about how the Republicans were going to be in power forever. Now some other jackass is writing that the Democrats are going to be in power forever. It's all bullcrap. Both parties are terrible. Neither party knows how to do anything with power once they have it (besides screw up). Shills for each party will pretend election victories on the scale of 51-49 are the dawning of a new era. Oh, and isn't this the second time we have this exact thread?
  8. I just read that Britney gave an interview a few hours prior to passing out and said her New Years resolution was to "take better care of herself." 1. She's off to a great start. 2. Does she even remember that she has kids? I'm not looking forward to getting older but one of the great things about being alive 10 years from now will be seeing what happens to these idiots like Britney and Paris. Watching them completely tear their bodies apart getting plastic surgery in an attempt to stay young is going to be amazing. We're already getting a sneak peak with Tara Reid.
  9. Not to mention that at this point 12 months ago, the Tennessee game was going to be this year's "easy" game. There are no easy games in the NFL. The Bills just need two more wins next year. They almost had them this year.
  10. Safety in football is similar to defenseman in hockey. For some players, the less you hear their name, the better they are. Tallinder for the Sabres is a great example. One reason we didn't see Whitner making an impact is that teams just weren't throwing in his direction. Part of that had to be because the Bills run defense was so poor they didn't have to, but some of it had to be that Whitner was doing his job pretty well. It's the same thing as people bitching that Clements sucked the first half of this season. Teams weren't throwing towards him; they were busy abusing McGee. With the number of tackles Whitner made, he definitely has a nose for the ball. And please remember than an entire NFL season is MUCH more grueling than a college season. In college you play less games and they're more spread out and if you're a great school like Ohio State, you don't play teams as good as you very often. In the NFL you play 16 games with one bye week and almost every team is comparable in talent. Asking a rookie to come in and be great right away is a bit much. And WTF cares about 8th overall? The draft is over, let Mel Kiper worry about who drafted where. Whitner is a rookie football player. Let's just judge him that way. He has nothing to do with where he was drafted. I'm happy with the draft based on the players we got. If we'd drafted the exact same players but in completely different order, it's still a good draft.
  11. The most pressing need is definitely run defense. With Spikes literally limping up and down the field and Fletcher on his way out, LB could be a good way to go. That said, there are a lot of free agent LB's that should be available (depends on who gets franchised) and the Bills can make a major upgrade right away if they spend the money. I think Crowell is capable of playing OLB or MLB so he could be shifted over depending on which LB we sign. If there's a DT available in the Ngata mold, that'd be a great place to start. I have no idea who is available though. I don't know how cool I am with taking a guard 12th overall but offensively I'd like a big WR to complement Evans or a game breaking TE. Either player would make a huge difference. It really depends on who is there and who we sign.
  12. I hope we draft a tackle 4th overall. That's a guaranteed way to improve the team!
  13. He's pretty good at !@#$ing up. That abortion of a catch last week blew up our whole season. That may have been the worst attempt to catch a ball in the end zone in the NFL that I have ever seen. Six year old kids know that you have to get both feet down. Royal decided to jump out of bounds after one foot was down. The whole damn thing was inexplicable. If he had made the catch, gotten both feet down, and then squatted down and taken a crap right there in the end zone, that would have made more sense than catching the ball and prancing out of bounds like the friggin' Peter Pan fairy.
  14. He's hardly "badmouthing" Bush. NY Daily News Those are really even-handed quotes. It's too bad the media is trying to spin them into secret, vehement anti-Bush rhetoric.
  15. The show is much better since Seth Meyers took over as head writer (this year). I'm glad he's not a dick in real life.
  16. There's nothing wrong with Reese Witherspoon.
  17. Seriously. I know Trump's rants have been a little childish, but it's so great to hear someone just unload on that fat pig. I love it; he attacks her on every level -- her career, her looks, her private life, etc. She's had this coming for a long time.
  18. Because both political parties know there are tons of morons like you think government spending = jobs = good? It's easier to get elected if you reassure everyone that the government will help take care of them.
  19. Right, I'm sure New York State's ranking as one of the very worst for taxes has nothing to do with it. Upstate NY has been on life support for decades. I guess every city is just incompetent? You'd have to be insane to move your business or start a business in Buffalo, NY, when you have so many other places to choose from. Also, how on earth is North Carolina's economy poor if there was so much construction in downtown Raleigh that they had trouble planning a parade route for the Hurricanes after they won the Cup? And when did Ohio become a "conservative" state?
  20. God Bless America! Time for this again.... AMERICA.....F*** YEAH!!!! (NSFW)
  21. or if you just want a new, really ugly shirt to wear around town.....
  22. Redistribution of income does work great. New York State's idiot liberal programs and ideas have successfully "redistributed" income from New York State to other states. Jobs too. And people! Sure, most outside observers would say Buffalo is a complete dump compared to any prosperous city in the United States. But that's why we need you to explain to them that Buffalo is really a utopia. If only we had some more pork.......
  23. Most of WGR's postgame show so far has been about all the bad decisions Miami made during the game. Dumb and dumber can't figure out why Miami didn't throw downfield more. They will literally talk about *anything* rather than how well Losman played. Last week all they wanted to talk about how the Jets "gave up." Guess they're still hoping no one will remember that they spent most of the season bashing him (Bulldog went as far as to call him a "clown" in the days leading up to the Houston game). Schoop did mention Losman in that he thought it was stupid the CBS announcer said something positive about his intelligence during the broadcast.
