  1. No surprise but the Jets are going on Hard Knocks. Adam Schefter on Twitter: "Soon to be official: https://t.co/ECxYWv5dKx" / Twitter
  2. You know what a better question would be then will Luck get into the HOF is will Eli. He had a good career with the Giants and won two Super Bowls both against the evil empire. One of those was stopping a 19-0 season. I don't see Luck getting in but Eli that could go either way.
  3. For me it was 13 seconds. At that point I started to wonder if McDermott can lead the Bills to a championship. Like you said the only opinion that matters are the Pegula's.
  4. Speaking of QB's stats. Here is one.
  5. If they fail again in the playoffs, then you have to wonder if McDermott is the guy to get them to the finish line. I don't think Terry would fire him but the calls from fans and media to replace McDermott will grow louder. Suggestions to bring in an offensive minded HC to get the most out of Allen and the offense would be a popular choice IMHO.
  6. ST are important enough. Good ST play can flip the field on a punt coverage, punt return as well as a KO coverage/return. Then you have blocked punts, extra points. I thought when Ray Guy got in it would open the door for more ST players. If it does, then Tasker should be one of the guys to get in the HOF.
  7. I get that but a 27-year-old in decline and a 40-year-old that has a lot left in the tank. Homerism or no homerism that is just a moronic comment. He got called out on it by other Jets fans.
  8. I live in NJ, so I have no clue what it takes to live in CA. With so many people leaving I am guessing the poor and many of the middle class can't afford to live there anymore. Seems like it's basically a state for the wealthy only now. That is the impression I get from 3,000 miles away.
  9. The lowest bar is currently in the Crack house oops I mean White House.
  10. Luck wasn't bad. Injuries cut his career short. If he played a full career, he could have had a shot at making the HOF. This isn't a Sam Darnold or Zach Wilson type of situation where he was a bust.
  11. Not if they win. Winning cures all. Diggs was one of the few players who looked pissed at the loss to the Bengals.
  12. When Ray Guy got in the HOF, I thought that would open the door for ST players. Tasker should get in IMHO.
  13. NFL Rookie Watch on Twitter: "Andrew Luck will officially be eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2024. Luck’s stats over his first six seasons in the NFL were mind BOGGLING. Luck had 171 passing TD’s (3rd all-time), trailing only Dan Marino and Patrick Mahomes. 23,671 passing yards (4th all-time), trailing… https://t.co/sl2KzHmkZz" / Twitter He was really good when he played. But he didn't play long enough to get in despite those impressive stats. IMHO. if I remember correctly injuries forced him into an early retirement. He took a lot of hits playing behind a bad Colts OL.
  14. Makes sense. At first, I thought it would be at TC in which case I could see a sellout but a packed house at Highmark for this no way.
  15. More NYC media hype. WFAN's Craig Carton predicts... not that anyone gives a crap what he thinks.
  16. If he is dating an actress from CA then maybe
  17. This game is at Highmark. 70,000 will show up for this.
  18. Folks we have no shot. It's the Jets year. Check out this quote from a Jets fan at the Jets nation board. 27-year-old Josh Allen is in decline, but I guess a 40-year-old Rodgers has a lot left in the tank. LOL at that fanbase. The thread is comical its titled Optimistic vs Pessimistic thread on their season. Tua won't last. Mac Jones is garbo. Josh Allen is on the decline. The AFC East is ours for the taking.
  19. Sabres best player and face of the franchise just like Allen is with the Bills.
  20. Need Davis to be better this year and/or Kincaid to be the real deal. Need another reliable weapon to go along with Allen and Diggs.
  21. She can't find one herself.
  22. I agree. We need to find out what Tage Thompson is doing.
  23. When the season starts leave early for home games just to see how the parking/traffic will go. In NJ it was a pain in the ass parking at the Meadowlands for 3 years when MetLife was being built right next to Giants Stadium.
