I will give you one. Belichick. Before anyone points to Bill's record without Brady I would say "who cares" What is Bill's record when he has had an elite level franchise QB. Allen is an elite level franchise QB. Bill is also a much better DC than Sean. He would improve the defense which would increase their chances of getting over the hump and winning a Super Bowl. But we all know Terry isn't firing McDermott and Beane. We have to hope Beane has a good offseason with FA and the draft so he can upgrade the talent level on this team.

I wish the defense were better than I would feel really confident. In the win over the Ravens the Bills D couldn't stop the Ravens at the end. Even the 2-point conversion it was Lamar not making the best of throws even though it was catchable and the drop of course. It wasn't the Bills defense that came up big on the play.

Glenn was offered the job and it's his if he wants it, but he hasn't officially accepted it yet according to the NYC media.
