  1. You might right. The other night I watched my Islanders blow a 4-1 lead over the Sharks with 8:30 left in the 3rd period to lose 5-4 in OT. I don't want to have to go through that again with the Bills this weekend.
  2. You are right about Mahomes, but he has had an advantage over Allen with a few things. 1. Better HC and coaching staff in general. 2. Much better OL although the Bills OL has improved this year. 3. The Chiefs defense while not great has shown they can step up in big spots. This has resulted in the Chiefs winning two Super Bowls. Nothing against Mahomes who is a great QB and a future HOF player. If Allen is on the Chiefs and Mahomes is on the Bills, then it would be Allen with the 2 championships with Mahomes having none. IMHO
  3. All I know is I want the Bills to have a two-score when there are 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter. If they have a one-score lead, or tied, or losing then I have no confidence in them getting to 7-6. A two-score lead late in the 4th quarter please. My nerves can't take any more of these nailbiters especially since the Bills are losing most of them.
  4. Judging by some of the posts in these types of threads like posting what the records are in what color jersey. Maybe not.
  5. Maybe in the AFC but the 49ers don't care and will play anyone, anywhere, anytime in any conditions.
  6. True. Could you imagine today's soft society watching Archie Bunker, Fred Sanford, or George Jefferson. They would be "offended" 30 seconds into the show. LOL
  7. There are 100 different reasons why the Bills may or may not win this game. The color of the jersey is not one of them.
  8. Allen gets criticism for turnovers but overall, he is praised as one of the best QB's in the league. He is also one of the most popular players in the league fans love to watch. As for Allen not yet winning a Super Bowl well that is because the Bills haven't been good enough as a team to get there yet.
  9. To complete Sunday's dress code, the Chiefs are going with their usual home look. No surprise.
  10. A huge 7 player trade with the Yankees and Padres last night. Yanks get Juan Soto and Trent Grisham Padres get Michael king, Drew Thorpe, Jhony Brito, Randy Vasquez, Kyle Higashroka Soto is a left-handed power hitter. A hitting machine basically. He is a 3-time all-star who hit .275 with 35 HR's and 109 RBI's. With that short right field fence at Yankees Stadium those numbers should improve. A huge addition to the lineup for the Yankees. Let's Go Yankees
  11. If the Jets beat the Texans, it will be because of their defense. I don't see Zach giving their offense a spark at this point.
  12. Then why haven't Mayfield and Darnold gotten this type of hate. Both were also drafted ahead of Jackson.
  13. The author was just speculating on the Bills being the opponent as it could be anyone but the Dolphins playing over there is being considered.
  14. So were off to Brazil. LOL. I hope not. DEC 6 BILLS COULD OPEN 2024 IN BRAZIL The NFL could look to expand its international audience, and Brazil may be next on the map. ESPN reporter John Sutcliffe is reporting that the Miami Dolphins could open their 2024 season in Sao Paulo, Brazil. While the schedule for 2024 won't be released until May, the Dolphins play the Buffalo Bills twice each year, and they could be the opposing team for Miami in that potential Brazil game.
  15. Woody Johnson to Jets fans.
  16. At some point I would think they go to 18 games and reduce the preseason. Starters barely play in those games anyway.
  17. So did the guy painting the endzone.
  18. With this injury report of the Chiefs the Bills need to take advantage. Even if they play, they won't be 100%
  19. I thought you meant the Bills. My bad.
  20. Run? He can't even walk 5 feet without falling down.
  21. We need a Texans loss so hopefully he plays well so the Jets win.
  22. They SHOULD have been. Dallas will be a tough game.
  23. Cowboys a cake walk?
  24. What does the league bring in revenue wise now. 20 - 25 billion a year. That number will be going up which is all Goodell, and the owners care about. Something about watching football at 9:30 in the morning I will never get used too.
