  1. Hard worker, good production and a fabulous community guy this is a great signing for the Buffalo Bills in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  2. He is a hard worker and good player he deserves the money. As a Buffalo Bills fan I am glad he is back it’s a good signing in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  3. For the Buffalo Bills to win a Super Bowl? No the Buffalo Bills with Josh Allen is like the Buffalo Sabres with Dominik Hasek an elite superstar player with not much elite talent around them. I am saying even with Patrick Mahomes playing for the Bills instead of Josh Allen Patrick Mahomes wouldn’t have the same success here. The Bills like the 1999 Sabres are lacking and the ownership never gave Hasek the tools to finish the job in Buffalo so Hasek move on to win Stanley Cups. I hope history doesn’t repeat itself with the Bills Josh Allen. Because I don’t believe in Terry Pegula anymore than I believe in Ralph Wilson, Seymour Knox, John Rigas or Tom Golisano. Our Buffalo owners cheapness has always been a problem. Give it time Terry Pegula will screw it up with Josh Allen leaving Buffalo at some point. Again I hope I am wrong in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  4. No you need to stop it and wake up and smell the coffee. Just because you want something to happen as a Buffalo Bills fan doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. I don’t think you are that old by the tone of your post. You need to live more life and study our Western New York region past and what this area has lost business wise start with Steve Cichon great blogs so you can get an idea what this area and region has lost over the past 30 to 40 years it’s sad. I lived it and saw it every year little by little our area was becoming poorer and poorer economically. I get it your same naive response just stop it it’s not NFL we can agree to disagree I think you need to read up on Western New York economics over the past 40 years would be my suggestion. And again as a Bills fan I hope you are right but I am not counting on it because my head says it’s going to be a heavy lift for Western New York regardless of there love of the Buffalo Bills in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  5. The $850 million should have been enough for Terry Pegula. Also are leaders negotiating the new stadium should have put in a clause where end zone seats and standing room tickets can’t be PSL’s. So working families have a chance to go to a Buffalo Bills game. After 2025 the Bills are basically booting out many of the same fans that have been loyal for years. Like the Dallas Cowboys did after they moved and the Bills don’t seem to really care which is really sad. I guess I saying what is the point of saving the Buffalo Bills if you can never go to a game ever again? If you are watching the Bills games on television what’s the difference if they play out of Austin or Toronto if you can’t ever afford to go to the Bills games like I did. See you start to care less and we saw that with this new stadium how Buffalo fans didn’t say whatever you want Terry Pegula. Our leaders did but not so much the residents. And I think as time goes on the divide is going to get bigger where residents priced out say let both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres go if it gets to a point that the average resident can’t afford to go to a game in person in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  6. Yes back then our Western New York market was bigger with good paying jobs in the factories. Today the Western New York market is very challenged you can see that at empty seats at the Buffalo Sabres games that never happened in the 1970’s. The Buffalo Bills are going to have to stay good and I seriously wonder if that is even enough to sell 62,000 PSL’s in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  7. See you aren’t getting what I am saying. I am not saying the Buffalo Bills or Legends want to drop PSL’s. They may have no choice if Bills fans don’t buy in those sections PSL’s. What do you think the Bills are going to say I am not dropping PSL’s for that section I rather have it empty for years? No way that isn’t going to happen. The Bills would be stupid have those seats sit empty. So what you’re saying is ridiculous they aren’t going to stubborn staying firm on their PSL’s for crappy seats letting them sit empty. That isn’t happening. Also the Bills haven’t even announced what sections are PSL’s as far as I know. 62,000 seats is a lot of seats for an economically challenged market. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that it’s going to be tough. Look at the Buffalo Sabres we have trouble selling 19,070 seats unless it’s Connor McDavid or the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Canadian fans come. It’s going to be a tough sale Bills fans can’t give the Bills what they don’t have. It has nothing to do with loving the Bills. This comes down to how much is enough for the Pegula family. I think odds are against the Bills and Legends selling 62,000 PSL’s and it has nothing to do with win loss. Your not getting discounts for Buffalo Sabres games on milk carton anymore. This is a city that couldn’t sell $6 Buffalo Braves NBA tickets so don’t tell me I am delusional. I am living in reality and what this Western New York market can afford we can agree to disagree in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  8. I didn’t say that the Buffalo Bills are going back on PSL’s for the good seats yes but there no way the Buffalo Bills are selling PSL’s to every seat in a 62,000 seats stadium with end zones plus standing room PSL’s. I use to have end zone Buffalo Bills season tickets for like $350 a year give or take during the Drew Bledsoe Bills era. They were easy to give up and go to early single games in the end zones. Those seats aren’t hot you get a better view on big screen televisions today. No way would I pay PSL’s on those seats. That isn’t like 40 or 50 yard line tickets. I don’t care who if it’s Legends or not. Buffalo isn’t Dallas people aren’t signing 10 year M&T Bank loans with interest like a car for the right to buy Bills season tickets that is delusional in this market. I don’t care how good the Bills are especially when you can watch the Bills on television for electricity and a cable bill. Even a dome wouldn’t help that. Time will tell but the Bills fudge numbers now what the attendance is to make it like the Bills are a hard ticket. That is without PSL’s. I say no way Legends sell 62,000 PSL’s. They will wait until the very end then secretly just sell the cheap seats with no PSL’s and the Bills fans with ants in their pants will be ticked off but your stuck you signed the contract instead of waiting. That is what the NFL is all about selling hype and they hope enough fans are interested in buying the hype. Like real estate agents you don’t want to wait you won’t get the house if you sleep on it all to get the sale. When reality there will be other houses. Let me ask you something Bills fans are able to get tickets now in stadiums with PSL’s on the road. Think about it there is always a way to get individual football tickets so no I don’t think I would buy PSL’s unless I had great seats end zones with a party deck bar isn’t worth 10 year bank notes to pay M&T Bank with interest for the right to buy end zone Bills tickets. You can drink at your own party bar at home with a better Bills viewing experience in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  9. I would trade Von Miller for Khalil Mack straight up because Von Miller is done as a NFL player. This way Von Miller can go back to Los Angeles with the Los Angeles Chargers this time. Von Miller on the Buffalo Bills is like Joe Namath on the Los Angeles Rams. It’s sad to watch Von Miller simply can’t play football anymore. The mind wants to but body says no. It’s sad Von Miller had nothing left once he left the Los Angeles Rams with a Super Bowl ring he should have retired a champion. As a Bills fan I hope I am wrong but it’s sad and painful to watch Von Miller play his knee is done just like Joe Namath in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  10. Yes but nobody is forcing the Buffalo Bills season ticket holders to buy PSL’s they have mouths they can say no. At the end of day NFL football like anything else is a business. The bottom line like others have said the Bills organization knows this is going to be a hard sell. That is why I said at a point when the Bills can’t sell a lot of the not so great seats in the end zones the Bills are going to have to make hard decisions about PSL’s. Also Bills fans should keep in mind the owner they are defending as wonderful, wonderful makes what between $20 to $30 million a year right now on the Buffalo Bills through television, merchandise and gate. How much money and profits is enough? Think about that $20 million dollar? The average person would have trouble spending that in a life time if you live a modest lifestyle. Terry Pegula makes that for one year off of the Buffalo Bills. Also this is the same so called Buffalo fan owner is doing business with a snake in Dallas Cowboys Jerry Jones. If Bills fans can’t figure that out and get taken by the Bills that is on them. Again 50 yard line tickets sure they will be hot PSL’s. But end zone Bills seating or worse standing room I wouldn’t pay a dime for PSL’s wait out Terry Pegula on Bills season tickets like that. The Bills organization will eventually panic as we get closer to the new Bills stadium opening and you hear there is no PSL’s on those not so great seats. If Bills fans run down there sign up for PSL’s sure Terry Pegula will laugh all the way to the bank. I don’t feel sorry for Bills fans because they can say no like I said. I wouldn’t even show up for the Bills experience. Yes it’s a nice new clean shiny stadium that will smell like beer and throw up in 5 years like the present Bills stadium. So no PSL’s for Buffalo Super Fan wait out the Bills organization they will give in on the PSL’s because they aren’t going to want to embarrass themselves with empty seats in rows of sections in a brand new stadium the NFL and television doesn’t like that stuff in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  11. Look it doesn’t matter if the Buffalo Bills or Buffalo Sabres are coming off zero wins for the last season. The goal the following season should be Super Bowl and Stanley Cup. Each season is new you either have some pride to be a winner or you don’t. I never thought anything but Super Bowl and Stanley Cup for my Buffalo fan expectations. Only losers talk about rebuilding, retooling or tanking in my opinion. Go Bills! Go Sabres! Let’s Go Buffalo
  12. I don’t get why the Buffalo Bills overpaid for backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky? That is a mystery to me when you have Josh Allen? If Josh Allen gets potentially injured for any length of time the Bills season is over anyway. So I don’t get overpaying for a backup quarterback when the Bills have so many greater needs than overpaying for a backup quarterback in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  13. Disagree it’s never a rebuilding year that is just a made up excuse from management, coaches and players to explain failure and there shortcomings. Every team in the NFL has salary cap cuts that isn’t unique to the Buffalo Bills. The Kansas City Chiefs were fine so will the Buffalo Bills. The Bills are just going to be a more offensive team instead of a defensive team which is a good thing when you have a quarterback like Josh Allen in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  14. The problem is there isn’t enough wine and cheese crowd in Western New York. Also if the New Bills Stadium experience becomes Buffalo Sabres Key Bank Center with lots of losing you may not like the experience compared to the old stadium? Wine and cheese crowd will run for the ski resorts if the Buffalo Bills suck. What I see is the New Bills Stadium is 2O0 level Buffalo Sabres Key Bank Center on steroids with a lot more seats to fill in football than hockey. Some people say ticket brokers will buy all the reminding seats? I have a lot of doubts about that if that was in deed the case Key Bank Center tickets would be all sold for Buffalo Sabres games and it’s not. The Buffalo Sabres aren’t a hard ticket to get it’s like going to a Buffalo Bisons game without the sun, fun that the Bisons game brings. The Buffalo Bills fan base isn’t a high end fan base with unlimited money. A lot of the Bills fans have to save just to get season tickets now. Again time will tell and I hope I am wrong that the Buffalo Bills sell all their tickets and PSL’s. But I have lived in Buffalo for 56 years and this area isn’t New York City or Los Angeles or Dallas with deep corporate pockets. I think Buffalo Bills fans that are current season ticket holders are smart they will drop their season tickets to get around the PSL’s and buy tickets on an individual game basis. Buying tickets from Bills fans that can’t go or the Bills organization themselves when they have to wave the white flag on PSL’s which at some point I could see happening after they can’t sell the non prime seats in the new Bills stadium. If Buffalo Bills fans say no to PSL’s doesn’t mean the Bills are leaving because they are stuck for 15 years ironclad lease. Plus the Bills are in bed with New York State now not Erie County anymore. If the Bills try to leave Buffalo they will be sued and an injunction will be issued to stop the Bills from moving. There is no way out other than paying back the money for the entire new Bills stadium. That isn’t happening so Terry Pegula is stuck and I think Buffalo Bills fans have figured that out. It just means Terry Pegula isn’t going to be able to double dip getting a completely free stadium he is going to have to put some of his own money into the new Bills stadium and be happy with the $850 million and whatever amount of PSL’s he can sell to the wine and cheese crowd. Making up the difference on PSL’s for his share of the Bills Stadium contribution wise and that old man got the money he is a billionaire drill another oil well whatever. Buffalo fans are smart when it comes to getting around stuff like this. I think the Buffalo Bills are going to get a real surprise if they don’t know it already and are just trying to hope for the best until they have to deal with parts of the stadium seats not selling well. That doesn’t mean Buffalo doesn’t love the Buffalo Bills but Buffalo also love their homes and family which the Buffalo Bills will never come before people’s families and homes it’s not happening. I personally couldn’t stop laughing when the Bills mentioned 10 years loans with interest to M&T Bank that will happen when pigs fly. Buffalo fans aren’t going to take out 10 year loans to buy PSL’s for right to buy Bills season tickets. We will see but old Buffalo Super Fan has been around a long time this Buffalo area is the best at being creative. I think they wait out Terry Pegula and remember there are no television blackouts like in Ralph Wilson’s day. So it’s not like the Buffalo Bills fans aren’t going to have access to the Bills games weekly in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  15. Von Miller is a washed up NFL football player that is a distraction. If Von Miller was a team player he should retire. The Buffalo Bills should have never signed him. Von Miller should have been released today he has no value as a NFL player anymore and certainly can’t help the Bills other than sitting on his but with a Bills jacket wrapped around himself playing sparely. At least the Chuck Knox over the hill 1980’s Buffalo Bills players like Conrad Dobler had some professional pride and gave the 1980 Bills something. Von Miller has given the Bills nothing total waste of a Bills roster spot. I don’t want to hear about Von Miller’s knee Conrad Dobler had bad knees without the medical technology we have today to repair his knee. Suck it and play Von Miller or retire in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  16. Concussion, aging center in the twilight of his NFL career the Buffalo Bills made the right call here on Mitch Morse in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  17. The right move by the Buffalo Bills Jordan Poyer is on the downside of his NFL career in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  18. The right move here by the Buffalo Bills two ACL’s Tre White won’t be the same player he once was in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  19. Exactly the apple fell far from the tree with Mike Shula compared to his father former Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  20. The new Buffalo Bills stadium is what it is. As a Bills fan I wish the Bills organization wouldn’t show anymore fluff videos of the lacking new Bills stadium it’s just too much of a dividing topic for many Western New Yorkers what went down to talk about just build the Bills stadium. The Bills fans will decide if the PSL’s and what the Bills are offering is right for them personally. Don’t sell isn’t a Buffalo Statue great when they are all around Buffalo area for years. That would be like the Buffalo Bisons saying buy Bisons season tickets we have a statue of former mayor Jimmy Griffin outside our Bisons baseball park who cares? That isn’t special or unique to Buffalo three Buffalo statues outside a stadium in my opinion. Go Bills! Go Bisons! Let’s Go Buffalo
  21. If you have fun as a Buffalo Bills fan and like everything in the new Bills stadium that is all that matters it’s sports entertainment have fun. There are going to be some criticism that just the way it is. But the criticism of other Bills fans of the new Bills stadium shouldn’t bother anyone as a Bills fan. If you personally love the new Bills stadium that is all that matters who cares what Bills fan Bob or Mary thinks at the end of the day it doesn’t matter. The Buffalo Bills stadium is going up regardless of criticism. I would be more concerned if there was no criticism of the Bills new stadium? Because at least the criticism means the Bills fans are interested fan wise in the Buffalo Bills. Out of site out of mind. Criticism is good because at least there is some kind of interest in the Buffalo Bills in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  22. That is a big assumption to make I disagree as a Buffalo Bills fan. Why I disagree is if Buffalo started having trouble filling the new Bills stadium the assumption could also be made that who ever are the Bills owners at the time in the future would just dome the rest of the New Bills Open Air Stadium. Because unlike the current Bills stadium this new Bills stadium is above ground not sunken already enclosed other than the playing field and with technology changes every decade. My assumption is that the Bills ownership would just ask the state to roof the rest of the stadium. Like US Tennis Open Arthur Ash Tennis Stadium in New York. That stadium was first built as an open air stadium and it was enclosed years down the line. All these so called amateur design developers say it can’t be done are anti dome favoring outdoor football I get that. But they aren’t being honest you can dome the new Bills stadium with the Bills fans on this board. Sometime down the line the potential is there to dome the rest of the new Bills stadium and it will be done if the interest fades in any way with the Bills attendance in November and December. The 1970’s and 1980’s half empty Rich Stadium days when the Bills weren’t very good are over. The NFL and the NFLPA isn’t going to let who ever the owner of the Bills is at that time and the Bills fans get away with what you are assuming half empty Bills stadium. It isn’t just the NFL owners the NFLPA and players sports unions in general are strong today. As a NFL owner you aren’t getting away with a hook to hang up your clothes with a stool to sit on. Those days are over if one doesn’t believe me take a look at the Buffalo Bisons clubhouse and the huge changes in the last 5 years. You got to feed the players breakfast and lunch while they are practicing working out. Minor league baseball is nothing like it was. The Bisons players have better setup than all three of our major league teams Bills, Sabres and Braves in the 1970’s era had. The three Buffalo sports teams at the time had a very basic locker room with a hook to hang up your clothes. You got some meal money on the road but that is it. Owners weren’t feeding the players breakfast and lunch daily when they were practicing. The players had to do that on their own time and with their own money in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  23. I had read Ole Anderson wasn’t doing well health wise. He was a good old school wrestler when pro wrestlers actually could wrestle compared to the gymnastics you see in professional wrestling on television today. Ole Anderson was a brawler style wrestler who gave no quarter or took no quarter as part of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew and then the Four Horsemen. Just a tough wrestler in the Harley Race type of wrestler that we also lost a year ago who was just tough as nails. Harley Race started out in Carnival Wrestling as a teenager. Back then you wrestled 7 days a week sometimes multiple times on Saturday for television tapings. You had to be tough to be a professional wrestler back then. I used to watch NWA Mid Atlantic and Maple Leaf Wrestling, AWA Wrestling, World Class Championship Wrestling out of Dallas, WWF wrestling that wasn’t very good to watch but they had the money capital to buy the wrestlers out of the other territories and NWA Georgia Championship Wrestling 6:05 until 8:05 and they beat the crap out of the wrestlers every week. I prefer Southern Style Wrestling over the WWF/WWE style of wrestling. Southern Wrestling didn’t fool around talking as much they got in the ring and beat the crap out of each other every week there was a par six brawl with all hell breaking loose in the television studio. It was a wonderful professional wrestling era but I realize times change and society is too soft for Harley Race and Ole Anderson wrestling today. Right or wrong it’s just the way it is. At least I have my memories and YouTube to enjoy the old school wrestling matches from back in the day when I was a kid. Rest in peace Ole Anderson you were entertaining and fun to watch weekly for a couple hours to have some fun which is what life is all about enjoying yourself once in a while in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
  24. I am still loyal to the Buffalo Braves/San Diego/Los Angeles Clippers. I was a hardcore Buffalo Braves fan in there Kleinhan’s Junior Braves club. I liked the Buffalo Braves more than the 1970’s Buffalo Bills that weren’t very good. The Buffalo Bills were third for me as a kid. I preferred the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Braves over the losing Buffalo Bills that had to deal with Ralph Wilson’s cheapness and meddling. It’s not my fault the Buffalo Braves moved from Buffalo when I was 10 years old. I never stopped rooting for the San Diego/Los Angeles Clippers. It was hard in the beginning when they moved from Buffalo because all you got was newspaper box scores to see how Randy Smith and Swen Nater did that night. The San Diego/Los Angeles Clippers were rarely on television. Today with streaming services you get all the Los Angeles Clippers games on television and they still honor their Buffalo Braves heritage so the Clippers are my favorite NBA team and the New York Yankees are my favorite MLB team. I grew up with the Thurman Munson, Reggie Jackson Yankees with the Burger King cards and the Reggie Bars and the Yankees were good and on television and radio here. Also I already know if the Buffalo Bills or Buffalo Sabres ever moved out of Buffalo potentially I would still follow the Bills and Sabres franchise in their new city. Because it’s not my fault as a Buffalo sports fan that the teams got a better deal and our area leaders let them potentially walk because of money. I don’t make those decisions. I am not giving up something I grew up with for years and enjoyed. The poor Western New York economics has nothing to do with me as a Buffalo fan. The only way I switch teams is if Buffalo got a replacement team in NFL, NHL, NBA etc. I have no connection to other NFL, NHL and NBA city franchises so why would I become a fan of the enemy team because the Buffalo Braves moved it makes zero sense. I can’t stand the New York Knicks or the Boston Celtics or the Philadelphia 76ers they were our Atlantic Division rivals so hell would freeze over before I start rooting for the Knicks or Celtics or 76ers. As a Los Angeles Clippers fan I am very excited about the new Intuit Dome opening up for my Clippers next season. It’s going to be one of the best NBA arenas in the United States no corners were cut. Steve Balmer is a fabulous NBA owner who will win multiple NBA championships it’s just a matter of time in my opinion. Go Bills! Go Sabres! Go Clippers! Go Yankees! Let’s Go Buffalo
  25. The Buffalo Bills are probably going to use the Chicago Bears pick as draft capital to move up in the draft. So it’s a good trade for the Bills in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
